So, I normally dont give out 5 stars to a fast food establishment..!! However, this location deserves them.!!! Im going to explain why but first I want to begin by saying Ive never, ever thought of the Chipotle restaurants as a FAST food place...I prefer to think of Chipotle as a great food place that has excellent and FAST service so everyone can eat their delicious food quicker...!! People need all the spare time they can get...!☝️ This location gets the 5 stars for the " extra effort / service " that the manager and the staff gave me today at lunch time. I was deciding whether to go with the barbacoa beef or the carnitas for my burrito bowl when the staffer suggested I sample them to help with my decision. ( I went with Carnitas) Secondly, I requested extra limes

Very disappointing, the unprofessional staff has the music playing so loud you cannot talk to anyone let alone place your order. I ordered 5 meals to go, and the clerk could not hear me and merely smiled when I complained about the very loud music. Insult to injury the clerk could not hear me and completely messed up my order shorting me one meal, which was left sitting on the counter. Last time I will go to Chipotle the food is ok but not worth the high price and poor service.

Love Chipotle! This one has had a lot of frequent mishaps. Out of bowls, we had to eat off the lids, no joke. Out of guacamole, the tray was used, so they ran out before 7pm. Various other issues, it jus continues to be a disappointment. If you have the time to run to another I would suggest it. If not, this one is in a convenient area, you could take a chance.

Why is the employees sitting at the main tall table eating Porky Pizza and drinking Starbucks, playing with there cell phones. The portion are getting small and small. NO ice tea in the container. NO ice in the soda machine. Ugh... Or is this a complete loss for Chipotle for tax reasons!!! This not first time.

Listening to the manager talk about customers orders and saying how lazy people are because they can make there own food at home instead. The food taste great but the customer service is terrible. Makes me wonder how much care they actually put into food preparation if thats how they feel about their customers.

This has to be the coldest Chipotle Ive ever been to. The person behind the counter said she would see if she can. I mean how do you work somewhere and not know if you can turn off/down the air conditioner. They must have it on high due to the temperatures coming off of the grill.

Went for nurses appreciation day and got a rude girl that wanted to argue about how long I was willing to wait for gacamolie, thank God there are still people with good customer service (George) thank you very much... food was great and always love fresh gacamolie

Chipotle is by far the best!!! Their cilantro rice is a delight all on its own. Not to mention slathering on some of their awesome guacamole with a little lime juice makes my tastebuds dance. Burrito to burrito bowl you cant go wrong at this place!!!!

Food here, unlike other Chipotles, is very inconsistent, especially the rice and salsa. I wish they would get better quality controls. Sometimes theyre a bit cheap with the food too.
