It had been a while since Id been to Islands and given that it was a bit blustery outside, I really wanted their tortilla soup. We were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Server took our drink order and all was good until we noticed we were seated by the door and given that it was windy outside we didnt really want to be there but unfortunately we couldnt get another table. So given our situation we thought they would at least be mindful about opening and closing the door slightly and not so big but that didnt happen either. Grr! After we complained after the door situation, we had spotty service. The guy was friendly at first and then hardly came around to check on us and see how we were doing, if we needed a drink refill, etc. Overall, the food was good and just what we expected but the service really sucked.

Wine list has gone way down hill. The bar tender was just out of touch. Bad service, Generally inattentive. The wrong order came out. No explanation, they just took the wrong order and had us wait and wonder. The order looked like they rushed it, overdone and sloppy. Thought they comped one drink but after the check was closed. Um no, bad bartender needed us to run another check for the drink they forgot as we were walking out. Loved islands, not going back to this one or any other. This experience sucked.

I absolutely love the Kilauea burger! Islands is primarily delicious, huge, juicy burgers - but it also has great sandwiches, tacos and sea food. Located in the Manhattan Village Mall, this location is a good size with a nice outdoor area. Service is fast and friendly, and take-out is easy. The bar area can get crowded, so if youre going for drinks on the weekend, get there early! If youre looking for big, tasty meal and are in the area, give Islands a shot!

Islands is great when youre feening for a non-assembly line burger. I usually opt for the Kilauea for its mildy-spicy kick and a side-salad. The only thing I wish they had were smaller sized variants for all of the burgers. As I get a bit older, I find that I cant eat these darn things as often anymore, and at least having a smaller version makes me feel better about all the calories Im consuming. But its good, so big or small, totally worth it.

Me gusta el servicio. Son muy amables en ese lugar. Muy ricas las hamburguesas y también las ensaladas. Te recomiendo la Hamburguesa Hawaiana. Además de que cuenta con un pequeño Mall también esta cerca la playa.

Dinner service is really good! Everyone is extremely attentive to your requests. Place is usually pretty busy in the evenings so its hard to get the waiters attention when you want something. Food quality is good. Every course had some interesting yet subtle twist which made the meal enjoyable. I enjoy their sauces and seasoned fries.

This Islands service is always good and vibe is always good. No wait during Thursday night football! Food is great as usual. If you are not trying to eat frys and be health canscious you can get any veggie burger with unlimited steam veggies! As you can see fam devoured the food

Mediocre experience. There was a 5 mins wait for table although there were several open tables on arrival. My French fries were cold and my tea was not refilled. My sandwich was ok and the fries were good but not hot. The menu selections are affordable but very limited.

OVERALL: Same great quality as any other Islands. Expect a wait here during lunch hours, and dinner. Patio seating is available (covered area) Menu is same as the others. Servers well trained and attentive.
