It was unfortunate that there was an event while I was there ...group of 24. So very busy. My server was very nice and the owner too especially after my tea press exploded. The lamb was tender and full of flavour. Lentil soup was very good. I came here because of the reviews but when I had entered I had been shuffled to an awkward table while a couple ten minutes later was given the choice of tables including the one I had asked to sit at. I felt like I was being put aside because I was alone. Not by choice... I am on business travel. I am sure that was not the intent but I was also ignored until my tea exploded. Then the staff was very friendly. I cant rate a restaurant that made me small.

I wish I could find words that adequately express what a wonderful,wonderful wonderful restaurant Turquoise is. I have traveled the world and eaten at many restaurants but never in my life have I had such a good experience as I did at Turquoise. The food is served in the most attractive and artistic manner. It is obviously fresh and the taste is beyond description. I have never had green tea like I have had here nor have I felt so comfortable. You can see how clean and organized the kitchen is. The decor is nothing but class and the staff is very knowledgeable in the subject of organic food. The service was outstanding and let me say that you have not lived until you have eaten the Baklava.

We came here for brunch at the recommendation of my friend who has eaten there before. I cant wait to go back! The omelet was delicious. The coffee strong and flavorful. Those are my requirements for a quality sunday brunch : ) Additionally, the ambiance was attractive and relaxing. The waitress accommodated all of our special requests and ingredient questions, and was extremely helpful and attentive. After brunch we strolled and enjoyed the local shops. All in all, brunch at Turquoise Cafe was the perfect start to a wonderful Sunday!

Four of us went to Turquoise tonight. It was my friends birthday and she had been there previously and chose this place to celebrate her birthday. We ordered Tapas and the grilled salmon with rice and veggies. Everything was delicious. The owner was friendly and gracious and although he didnt know it was Bs birthday he presented us gratis the best creme brulee I have had. I will return soon. Barbara Jan 3, 2009

My husband and I came here for a drink at brunch time when the restaurant was very quiet, ordered two freshly squeezed orange juices, (probably from a carton) 30 mins later they finally arrived. Cost $15. My husband also tried to order a bagel which we were then told hadnt been available for ages but was still on the menu. We wont be going back.

Had dinner there with my girlfriend a few months ago. The food was fantastic the service was over the top. Our waiter graciously allowed my very poor French which was fun to try to remember. The over all experience was on a scale of 1 to 10 a 12! It is my girlfriends birthday today and I am taking her there for dinner tonight!

Love the flavor of the lamb and the sturgeon. The beet and yogurt starter is refreshing and has a very nice finish. Wait staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Rude waitress. Ask for more sauce. She responded by saying no, we had enough. Our bill was over $100.00. I think they could have given us more sauce.
