We decided to eat here today and let me tell you; the food is good but the customer service is the worst thing ever. All of the staff is rude! We had a party of 7. We waited about 30 mins to be seated. When we got seated we waited 10 mins + and no one came to get our drinks order. We told them twice that we havent been attended and the staff just kept walking by and we didnt even get acknowledged.. when we were eating nobody and i mean nobody came by to ask if we needed anything.... our cups were on empty and nothing so we asked for refills and the waitress kept walking she passed by again so we asked again and all she said was yea and left and came back moments later to grab 2 cups to refill. She put them on the table and walked away. 3 others from our table needed refills too but they felt uncomfortable asking for any. Oh yea and if you go in with a party of 6 or more they automatically put 15% tip on your check. If i had a choice i wouldnt have left anything. So sad how you get treated here now so I will NOT be going back to eat there. And i dont recommend this place to anyone. Just go to The Kicking Crab or The Boiling Crab.

Bad experience with a waiter and the wannabe manager, I requested a table in front of tv to watch a soccer game , the restaurant was at 25 % occupancy nearly empty so there was a chance for me to get the table I requested but they kept insisting that those tables were for big partys only I insisted on sitting at that table after all customer is always rightand they denied me having that table that was for 8 people and we was 5 , so instead of making a scene with whatever few customers they had me and my 4 guest decided to walk away . I would understand if place was full and people were waiting outside I would have totally understand and sit wherever was available but that was not the situation place was empty.

So we were looking for a place to eat looked up and were shocked because we never saw it before. We walked in and the waiter told us to write our names down and have a seat we would be seated shortly. 15 min later the 3rd party to walk in after us came in signed in ordered from what they said was the bar and were seated ignoring the 3 partys of 2 that had been waiting. When i asked the staff i was told that they just seated themselves when i saw the same waitress hand them menus and cover their table. Worst custmor service i have ever seen

The Shrimp Lover is BOMB. So crunchy and flavor packed and its huge.. I couldnt even finish it and I tried really hard. The french fries were really good, Im kind of snobby and like mine crunchier so that would be my only caveat. The people there were super friendly, outgoing, and willing to dish on their favorite items and offer up their suggestions. One of my new favorite food trucks that comes out to Torrance.

Fried shrimp were chewy, fries were seasoned with some sort of sweet tasting rub, boiled shrimp were full of grit. I only ate one boiled shrimp and they wouldnt adjust the check. They dont serve real catfish either. They substitute vietnamese swai for catfish but still call it catfish. (Its more cost effective for them.) No one there understands or speaks plain English either. Bad experience.

Good food , great view open and airy. Slow service . I keep trying to go there but we sit for 30 minutes while waiting for food . To the owner ! When you walk in there is a sign that says wait to be seated if you have that sign have someone that speaks English to seat you . Serve edamame when you seat people they will order more to drink and not feel like theyre waiting for their food.

My girlfriend and I tried to go for dinner here recently, we waited in the front desk near the sign that says please wait to be seated for 20mins. In those 20 minutes workers walked by without a word or eye contact, same goes for the two people in front of us. Would of been nice to At least get some sort of acknowledgment, maybe an estimated wait time or even a simple hello.

The service was terrible. The waiters dont check on you to see if you need anything. I had to go look for one to ask for a refill. When I was done eating the waiter stared at me and didnt ask if I needed a box or the check. I ended up having to get up again and ask them for the check. I got stomach aches after I ate there food and got food poisoning. Will never go back.

We signed in and waited.already party in front of us. Seen 3 parties leave. The restaurant was not full , empty tables available. I waited about 25-30 min at no time did anyome acknowledge we were there. I left and didnt eat so cant comment on the food nor the prices. From the time i was there the service sucked.

We tried a new spot, Thai food and sea food. Picked 1lbs of crawfish with their original sauce we also had clam chowder and Thai fried rice. Everything was very good and decent rate. The place has a good view of the ocean over the pier. Definitely liked it and would like to go back to try the shrimp.

I love that the bad reviews keeps the potential customers away. Keep up the bad service. This way its easier to seat me and my guests. Just make sure my food is good. Im not there for your manners so dont take it personal if I dont tip, I can have bad manners too.
