The burgers are good and the price is fair. Its the CLEANLINESS that is slipping and has gone from lacking to gross. The outside patio: weird, wood plank tables have wide spaces that cant be cleaned and have growing deposits of nasty food bits, and the wood table tops are all permenantly covered in grease stains. The patio (concrete) is covered in gross stains as well. HIGHLY UNAPPETIZING. This is a side issue but shouldnt be: the landscaping--on a patio that could otherwise be one of the prettiest patios in LG-- looks like a 7-11 parking lot. I photographed all of this and will post photos on SDs FB page. Come on owners!!! Invest a few dollars and minutes into making your patio a) sanitary b) perhaps even...attractive and appealing? Youre blowing an opportunity in LG. Youre not paying cheap rent and you shouldnt let the place look like a truck stop. LG residents will happily pay your prices but not sit in a dirty, dumpy environment. Now...the Westfield mall location: Last week we were ordering and a staff member who was handing trays of food from kitchen to customers BLEW HIS NOSE IN HIS SHIRT SLEEVE and then wiped his nose with his hand. Brazenly...100 people could have seen him. In other words, this staff member had no idea that it was unacceptable and disgusting. I told the cashier and he told the MGR to make that staff member go wash his hands. Revolting. Please train staff in basic food service hygiene.

Was busy the first time I went. The line was moving pretty slow. Ordered the veggie burger with cheese fries and the extra sauce option. Paid a little over $10. Not bad for quality fast food I guess. Could be a little costly to others. Took about 8 to 10 minutes for my food to come out. They did forget to give me the extra sauces so I had to remind them. Tried to get some pickles to go with the food from the pickle bar but apparently they ran out and it was only 7pm. That was a little disappointing. The veggie burger was pretty solid and I was impressed. The cheese fries were decent. The extra sauce package was whatever. I was satisfied after eating. Very family friendly. Not a super cozy place but it was bright and modern. They do serve craft beer so thats a plus. The service was alright. Overall a decent first visit but I feel like I need to return and check out the other food options. Might up to 5

Fantastic food! They use Niman Ranch beef (ranch has long history of top quality, grass fed beef), organic produce, Strauss ice cream, and amazing pickles. Happy hour is mon-fri and goes till close. Small selection, but good beers. Pricing is more than fair. The service has been great! We have been coming here since it opened for over a year and they have gone out of their way to take care of us many times. They also have a couple of foosball table for people to play and have recently added a couple of tvs for sports. If your near Los Gatos, you gotta check it out.

I was finishing homework at super duper somewhat after 9. I was wearing earplugs to block out music to focus like i do everywhere else. However, through these ear plugs, I hear and alarming sentence yelled out by a worker near the kitchen. He yelled "get the f#$k out of here B#$th" very loud. Thinking he was talking to me, I got out of there as fast as i could, trying to contemplate if that worker had been talking to me or someone else in the kitchen. Their food is great guys but not their employees.

A great food chain with great values. I see others complaining for little things which makes me upset. Its a quality place that is well lit and very beautiful. The food comes out fast but is presented and tastes like a high end burger grill. However, the portions are still large and incredibly good, satisfying any crave. Furthermore, the staff is generally very pleasant and helpful. Overall, its a must try because of the quality and you never know if it will become your knew favorite.

This location has a large eating area indoors. My burger was good, but not great, and the same goes for the garlic fries. I would compare the burger to The Melt as pretty similar. The regular fries were good, and my wife said her chicken sandwich was good, but too dry. Its a cool atmosphere, but left me wishing I had eaten a better burger elsewhere. They do have jars of pickles that you help yourself to, which was pretty nice. I will not be making a second visit.

My first bite of the Super Burger was one of the best Ive had! Wow. Meaty, salty and fatty. I dont typically care for juice running over my hands, but the taste of this burger was so worth it. The ambiance is high ceiling industrial. Very clean. It was hard to find a table that didnt have a music speaker blaring right onto it. And this day there were a lot of kids running around making it very noisy. However, the burger was so delicious that Ill be going back soon.

I got a nice big super burger and they really need it when they say its juicy they mean it. The problem was one patty was well done and and the other medium-rare. The less cooked patty was falling apart and not a good solid patty. Oh boy was it salty too! Overall it was ok, but Ill probably never go back.

Veggie Burgers here are totally #vegan! they showed me the ingredient list so I can confirm this. Thanks! Burgers are fried making them crunchy and tasty. Any downside?: uh, yeah. They have no hot sauce!! One star withheld! Maybe we can bring our own?? The bottomless free pickles are damn good though.

Good food, but a bit more expensive than I like. I and two kids ate for $32 and only one of us had a burger, fries, and a drink. Also, lots of talk about healthy ingredients (free range, organic...), but only white-bread buns. Not cool. With all of the competition around, I wont go back.

As an alternative, try their veggie burger. Its very good. So is their chicken sandwich. I didnt try the burger, but I have no doubt that it was delicious. I just try not to eat cute cows whenever possible. :-) their veggie burger was delicious and satisfying and saved a cow. :-)

Pretty decent experience, but the food could have had a tad more flavor. The sign inside warns of super juicy burgers, but mine was on the dry side. I do like that they use quality ingredients. The spicy pickles were a nice touch. Ending the meal with a soft serve cone is a must.

The first time I had to in SF a few years back it would have been 5+ starts, but the burgers seem to lack some of the juiciness they used to have. Still a solid burger and fries. Also have a good happy hour special. The location is really nice inside as well

While the burgers are good for a fast food joint, I have to take off a lot of points for the service. Last time i came here a very stoned teenager came to take my order and just just starred into my eyes. No "hi" , no "how can i help you".
