If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Horrible service. I came to this location about 4 years ago with my dad. And again tried to call in today to place an order. First time my dad and I went in. I am used to ordering in english so when the waiter asked me what I wanted to order I started ordering in English. Guy seamed to get offended and said if I new Spanish why didnt I order in Spanish...after that I said I would never retun. He made me feel like I had to accommodate him not the other way around. Recently I moved back to the west side. Bf and I where looking for a quick place to order dinner from. I was hesitant but I noticed on here that this place closed at 11pm and it was already 9 25. So I called in a man answered and I said hello I would like to place an order. He rudly said in spanish, "ya estamos cerados" we are already closed. I mentioned to him this site shows that they are open untill 11pm so they might want to update it, he rudly said again WE are already closed...again in spanish, even though I spoke to him in english. Gives me the impression they do not want business from anyone that does not speak spanish. I did tell him he did not need to be so rude with the way he spoke. I had him on speaker and bf heard him and said wow what a jerk. I hung up, I will never again give them a call!

Las pupusas son riquísimos. pero los guaraches y los alambres no. les falta sabor son muy insípido. tardan mucho en atender y el trato es poco amable como si le hicieran a uno un favor por atenderlo. los baños están asquerosos.

Porque las dos veces que e hido a come se tardan mucho,y no ofrecen ni un basó de agua, y además de eso atienden a los que llegan después di ti muy mal servicio.

Chalateco is definitely the best Mexican food around. The flautas are huge and freshly made. The avocado salsa verde is excellent. Friendly staff, great service, tons of options. My new favorite restaurant.

Pupusas are always good. Wish chips and salsa didnt cost $2 extra and it was an extra $1 to pay with a credit card. Only giving 4 stars since those extras should have been included with dinning.
