Look maybe it doesnt look the best inside, and maybe the waitress cannot speak the best of English. I dont care about any of that as long as the food is good and the service and they have them is. Ive known the owners and its a family affair in here with all of them doing what they love everyday and it shows in their food. I honestly cannot eat Chinese food anywhere else without thinking of here. Ignoring the other negative reviews theyre the kind of people who want everything their way and perfect and will find any excuse to complain.

Greasy. Overcooked. Sugary. This is what good Chinese food should not be. From a nutritional standpoint, our dinner was a disaster: high fat, high sugar, cooked to death. Ive had many excellent Chinese dinners, and this ranks toward the bottom. Pleasant enough service, but Ill never go back. Two steps below Panda Express when the food has been sitting too long.

Growing up in Santa Cruz we used to go to King Chwan restaurant for special occasions. Ever since King Chwan closed Ive struggled to find a single Chinese restaurant that I loved. After trying out multiple places in town over a span of several years I found Guang Zho. Even though its on the opposite side of town its my go to place for Chinese food.

I am from out of the area and have had a heck of a time finding good Chinese food. Eureka! My girlfriend and I got orders of Hot and Spicy Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Pork. The spice was actually spicy. Non of the meat was chewy and they both had that crunchy glaze on the outside that we love. Love it!!! Going back as soon as possible.

Good food, bad environment, but I always got takeout anyhow. Lunch specials make it a lot less expensive. The orange chicken is very good here, and kung pao and general tsao chickens are good as well. Its a little disappointing that they dont deliver. I used to live down the street, and ate here a lot, but havent in a while.

Loved it, the moment we walked in the smells reminded me of good Chinese Cuisine ! and they did not disappoint with the flavors. We all (family of 6) enjoyed the meal we brought home at a price we could afford! I walked in, placed my order and got home in less than 30 minutes!

We live in Santa Cruz and this is the place where we get our Chinese food. The people are not too easy to understand on the phone but the food is good, we like it. This is not a location where I would like to sit in but for takeout this is a great option.
