Not great. They seem to be extremely busy, which shouldnt be an excuse for their slow service and mediocre food. I had a mushroom grilled cheese, it came out with 1/2 of the filling falling out of the sandwich, very messy. Most of their dishes comes with mashed potatoes. Ordered a 12 min peach crumble for dessert, ended up waiting for 20+ mins. Finally go the crumbled with raw dough on top. I could see that it was raw even before I took a bite. Why would they send out such food? The couple next go us ended up getting really rare pork chop. The waitress told the customer thats how its supposed to be. I hope the customer didnt get sick. I dont plan to go back any time soon. It has been a few months since they opened, hopefully theyll get better in another 6 months, else they wont survive in Los Altos.

Thursday night. Dinner for two. Entrees (lamb chops and salmon pizza) were excellent. But serving red wine at refrigerator temperature and charging $16 a glass is just amateurish (I did request a fresh glass of a room temperature red, and it too was delivered cold). This remains a sour note in my memory of an otherwise enjoyable evening. Service was consistently solicitous but unresponsive. Two entrees, two glasses of wine: $83.00.

I had the lamb chops. They tasted burnt and otherwise bland. They also were tiny, especially for the price! You can get fantastic lamb chops at Outback Steakhouse that are huge for less money... My wife had the pork chop. It was large enough, but wasnt great. The side salad was tiny. The restaurant looks nice. It was a bit loud though, so for a Friday evening date, it wasnt easy to talk to each other.

Lunch on a Monday. Service slow, but the staff was attentive. The food: pork chop was good, the spinach lasagna was a joke. Definitely frozen. They told me it wasnt, but the kitchen staff said "is not the plate that get the best reviews or is the favorite in the restaurant ". Wait, what? Got a salmon salad instead. The salmon was undercooked and the the salad had old leaves. Not coming back.

Another Los Altos dud. The menu is the epitome of average- nothing creative or out of the ordinary. Think ahi tuna appetizer, salmon entree served with broccoli and mashed potatoes... Very basic meals with flavors to match. Servers are incredibly over-eager. Looking forward to trying it again once it becomes more established. Hope the second time is the charm!

I made a reservation for 6 on a thursday and when i show up for my birthday dinner, the restaurant is closed with a sign on the door saying they took a summer break. I am honestly apalled at the horrible service this restaraunt provides. I have never written a review for a restaurant but i have also never had this happen before.

Very forgettable food, pizza was bland and looked and tasted it was sittings easy before even ordering it. Bahn mi sandwich had no flavor. Service was very slow and no personal level of participation. Decor looks inviting, to bad the food and service is 3 star at best!

I went there on a business dinner with a group of about 15. It was a disappointing experience. The food was so so, the ambiance, not great, and the service was very slow. On top of that, it ended up being quite pricey. I am not interested in going back.

Expensive... Burger was good. be for stars of not so expensive. Liked the condiments in individual containers - they were all fresh and good .(Most places the catsup is recycled forever from bottle to bottle and long since turned to vinegar.)

They turned it around. Pun intended. They need to drop prices $2 on everything, and then this place will truly compete with the grill and Paul Martins. Really good food, great bar, way better than round 1 of this place.

I would love to give zero stars. Made a reservation through Open Table for my daughters birthday. We showed up and there was a note on the door that they are closed for vacation. Maybe let your reservation sites know!

2nd time here. Food is unremarkable. (had flavorless pulled pork sliders). Beer on tap is cheap ($6) which is a surprise. Good place for a drink (but I would go elsewhere for dinner)
