I am a retired fireman. The portly young man behind the counter, of friendly disposition was awaiting any possible customer to arrive. I knew I could trust this man to take my order, the gleam in his eye indicated a true passion for customer service. A friendly, warm smile grew on his face as I approached the counter. The customary exchange of information described my well thought out and unusual order. As he handed me my change and assigned me an order number, a soft laugh came forth, making me feel welcome, and quite at home. The food was good too.

If no ones ever told you, In-N-Out is a must visit while in California. Its not that they have some phenomenal secret burger recipe. They just do a simple burger and fries right. This In-N-Out is a particularly good one. Most In-N-Outs are clean, but this one is spotless. Most have friendly staff, but the staff here goes out of their way to be extra helpful. And if youve been to an In-N-Out before, you know they can be crazy busy at meal times. This one appears to be a little less so from the couple of visits Ive made.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times but unfortunately yesterday on the way home from Tahoe my family and I stopped there to eat and were vomiting an hour later from food poisoning. My son (1yr old) and daughter (4yr old) didnt get sick but my son just ate fries and my daughter got her burger plain - no veggies or sauce. The three of us (myself, my husband and niece) that got burgers with sauce and veggies have been sick as a dog since about an hour after the meal. Packing lunches next trip!

Not your typical In-N-Out. I visited at 2pm (well after the lunch rush) and one soda station was out of order, one ketchup pump was empty, both napkin dispensers were empty, and the bathroom wastebasket was overflowing with paper towels. And, no little green chilies!! The food was as good as expected though. At least every location is consistent in the quality of their food.

Most notable fact about this In-n-Out: Its the first after coming down the 50 from Yosemite/Lake Tahoe. If you had a long-ass day out in the woods, or hiking/skiing in Tahoe, this infamous Californian burger chain will bring pleasure. Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double-Double... you got it. The Drive-Thru lane is usually longer than ordering in-store.

Living in El Dorado County is an awesome experience. Especially when you see the youth of our County, working so hard and all looking so handsome and cute. Makes me proud. Not too mention the food is great too. Keep up the great customer service and keep hiring the best and the brightest kids. I stop in weekly for my fix !!! Great Job !!!!

A long time ago I would eat there but every time I did I would get sick I would let them know I was allergic to onions but they would use the same spatula to flip the burgers to flip the onions and then put my burger on a bun and it goes on and on until someone sues them and the Franchise its the same everywhere except the main one

Is there such a thing as a bad In-N-Out Burger? This place is the perfect stop en route to camping, fishing, skiing, mountainbiking, etc up around Tahoe. We generally only stop at In-N-Out on road trips and otherwise, do not eat fast food. Its our guilty pleasure and were proud to love these perfect meals. YUM!

Pretty standard... If youve been to an In-N-Out, youve been to them all. Though the drive through sign is aggrivatingly inaccurate - they have extended the drive thru with plastic stanchions. I understand the need, but the signage for the drive thru entry vs where it really is makes it difficult.

I have lived in towns from the South, New England, Mid West, South West, Montana, and now California, nothing beats the In-N-Out burger and their prices. The employees are super friendly and service is quick. I have never been to their stores and them not be busy. Kudos to you!!!

Cant get it right, time and time again. Drive thru cant take an order right even twice. Hygiene is disgusting, especially at night. Ready to eat foods should never be handled with bare hands!! Had their chance and blew it! Disgusting food handling practices!!

My food was not made properly the first time. I asked an employee named Andrew to fix it for me he was back with a new sandwich in under 2 minutes. He even. He k back into make sure my burger was the way I liked. Will definitely be back.

we were in a hurry and stopped here to eat. We received our order quickly and the staff were friendly and seemed happy to serve us. One girl (Jessica?) was always smiling and even refilled my drink for me while I ate. Great service!!!!

Usually a wait but always well worth it. I love the burgers and the fries are amazing. I ordered cheese fries and they were delicious! Get it animal style and you wont be disappointed unless you dont like onions.
