Ive had it with these guys! To have the amount of toppings like they have in the pics of the burgers, it would cost you extra. For example if I wanted to have lettuce like in their pics, theyll charge extra for that. WTF????? Then if you wanted small fries you have to order "value" fries. Small fries gets you the SECOND smallest fries. Again WTF?????? Their sizes of fries from small to large is, value, small, medium, large. Why not small, medium, large, extra large? COMPLETELY STUPID!!! Then to top it off, if you wanted to complain to corporate management, youre screwed. Theres is NO 800 number to receive complaints. You have to waste your minutes to call and complain!!! What a complete waste of time!!! Oh yeah, they also have no way for someone to complain online either. BK get your act together!!! Take a look at McDonalds to see how its done. These guys dont even deserve one out of five stars. (Man I feel alot better now!)

The customer service here is atrocious and the manager did not help. I had to wait 30 min for my order and the employee Carla was scratching her butt and ears and when asked by a customer to wash her hands before touching his food since she seems to be itching and scratching. The employee ignored customer and continued to make his order and when he refused to take it and asked for someone else to make his order the employee threw his food on counter...when he asked for manager and asked for the employees name the manager gave the false name of Sarah and when customer left the manager and employees started laughing and joking. While making the following statement "Good luck finding Sarah no one works here by that name".. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND CORPORATE SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND HOPE EVERYONE THAT READS THIS REVIEW WILL AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS WELL..

I never write review something it is not make us pleasant.... Someone stole my bike inside of restaurant this place. I remembered the person. I asked the store manager to find picture from security camera. After a week later the store manager told me the security camera did not work the day I lost my bike. Can you believe store manager response? Does Burking care the customer safety inside of restaurant? and does employee care of the customer request? I used to go there to study.. because that place is quite, a few customers. Now I knew why that place is quite. Be aware..their security camera is DECORATION.

I went through the drive thru last night the young man that took my order got it wrong 3 different times! I wanted the anngriest burger with a veggie patty no bacon COMBO thats it!! I had to have him fix my order 2 at the window! I told him many times I am a vegetarian NO MEAT please! When he handed me the bag there were no French fries I didnt even want to deal with it so I just left. So what do you think I find on my burger when I get home and already had a couple of bites?! Bacon! Seriously? So Ill have an upset stomach for a day or so. Horrible.

I just bought a whopper, a cheeseburger and an apple pie from this place. Both burgers were fine, but when i made the mistake of opening the box to my apple pie i was shocked at how disgusting it looked. It looked kind of like apple-snot. I wish i could upload a pic of it here for all to see. Not only have I been denied my most favorite dessert, I was also robbed of both my dollar that i spent for it as well as my appetite. Thanks BK...for nothing

My order was wrong. I dont feel like the kitchen staff was properly trained because my food was cold as for as the meat. The burger was not built the bk way they have a system for a reason. The cashier watched me open the sandwich and pick through it with my public hands and then picks up and hands it to the kitchen staff to fix. I did not eat the food I purchased totally ruined my experience and I love BK. Do better BK on Willow st in Long Beach

I am handicapped and in a power wheel chair. Doors are incredibly difficult to open dispite the handicapped sign. Staff does not offer to help with the order or pour soda for me. Half of soda machines do not work and look really nasty. If it wasnt for their French toast strips I would not eat there at all as there are many other choices at that intersection.

Someone needs to clean around this place and the employees were just cussing up a storm in the back chatting with each other mind you my 10 year old daughter could hear all this...it was filthy with trash everywhere and the workers dont even seem to care. Last time Im ever going to this location.

The Swiss Bacon burger is probably a good burger but; not the way it was served. The met itself had no flavor. The bacon and mushrooms were clumped up together at the bottom of the sandwich. The restrooms were pay for use and they were unkept and filthy. The staff kept the eating area tidy.

Soda machines are broken, from the counter you can see machines in pieces. Plywood on the floor. Otherwise clean but clearly the owner has no interest investing any money on repairs. Today, they have no ice! Its too bad...

My food was typical. Tasted like your normal BK food. Nothing spectacular. The wait was very long though. They gave us all large fries to make up for it. Gave my sister chicken fries with no kind of dipping sauce.

I stood in front of the counter and waited for 5 minutes to place my order before I walked out. No one acknowledged me, one worker passed in front of me to get something and didnt even look at me.

This BK is. Awesome bcs we ordered tacos and they gave us a lot of taco and dipping salsa. The CSRs are very fast and courteous bcs they like what they do. The view s are marvelous.
