I would like to say that most people that worked here were very rude. Walked in, did not get greeted and workers just stared at my boyfriend and I, didnt say a word while we were just standing there. Secondly, the host didnt give us a choice of seating she basically said we can only sit in the bar when we wanted to dine in we werent even last minute customers, they had 3 more hours till closing time. Sat in the bar and didnt get greeted for 15 minutes so we just left. I work in a restaurant myself and the service here was just horrible, no communication what so ever from the employees, they were sitting there talking in the front. Never again, I use to like this Buffalo Wild Wings with the previous employees but now its so unprofessional.

I went on a date here, and had a blast. I have been here a few times before and see myself continuing to come back because its clean, the staff is easy going and not pushy, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. By allowing you to pick different levels of spiciness with the wings, its perfect for people with different taste, and the happy hour specials are very reasonable. Two jack and cokes, two vodka and pineapple juice, 16 boneless wings in two different flavors, and chips and salsa for about $35. It was perfect for the two of us and was overall a pleasant experience, but dont just take my word for it, go check it out yourself! *Do note: it gets busy during big games so go early if you dont want to wait long, and happy hour starts at 10pm

Absolutely the worst experience ever Ive been to multiple locations food came out fast but my server forgot about me i ran put of water in the first few min and tried a alcoholic beverage it was horrible for 40 min and yes I timed it she never even walked back and asked how my drink or food was I also ran out of ranch then she didnt even ask if ide like a different drink instead but at this point i was already to leave I also watched the bartender pick up something he was throwing against the wall multiple times scratching his face and not once did he wash his hands to be honest i feel like this location deffinetly failed for customer service and cleanly procedures I will not be coming back

Horrible Service!!! The moment we walked in the door, host seemed annoyed and distracted that he had to seat us. Seats were crumby, I had to dust it off myself in front of the host to dropped the tablet hard on the table, then when the server came, said she was from Ohio, like we give a ****? Proceeded to tell us one thing on the menu but she "doesnt like it personally". We viewed the menu, liked the food options but felt like the service just didnt want is there so we left. Waitress was totally distracted and was more concerned about another table being taken by another server.

Came by before a movie for a quick bite and a beer with the wife. Sat by the bar since the bar was full.. on the table i sat i was hosted by ERICK. He wasnt friendly, approchable or anything i felt like i was ordering to a wall with no type of signs of life. He didnt make me feel welcomed at all. As we switch over to the bar BRITNEY was also very un welcoming until i brought it up to her attention. ANDREA on the other hand was very helpful and informative and kind to us. Needless to say we are never coming back to this location.

Definitely the best BWW in the area. The staff is always friendly and the crowd seems to be more civilized than at other locations. They usually broadcast the best sporting events and the music selection is upbeat. Awesome selection of food and a fantastic selection of drafts, not to mention a full bar. Parking is plentiful, with an underground garage available if surface parking is full. A great place to relax with friends or chill after work.

Tuesdays! Thats when you should go here, as the prices are cut in half for wings. Service was pretty decent, and theres a lot of flavors to choose from. You might have trouble getting a table at night, though, as it gets pretty popular. Im not huge into sports, but they have a lot of TVs dedicated to a few sports such as baseball, basketball, football, and soccer.

First time was a good experience: $3 for what was 24 oz of pbr and $3 mozzarella sticks, during happy hour--great atmosphere. Second time was terrible; I ordered mozarella sticks ($7.50 non-happy hour(?)) and ordered a mojito. NO ALCOHOL. LITERALLY LESS THAN A 1/4 OF A SHOT OF LIQUOR IN THE WHOLE THING. (The person I was with got the same thing and agreed.)

Service was poor. The servers tried selling us more food than we ordered, we were neglected while waiting for seating and it was not even busy. Management has no idea what they are doing and displayed vulgar incompetence. The overall vibe of this restaurant has a desperate, apathetic and odious feeling. The wings were good though.

I cant express how happy I am with Kimberlys customer-service she is an amazing employee in a great benefit to Buffalo Wild Wings. Or attitude inner kindliness have been the best-of experience so far with Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are great service is great avenues fears great cant ask for anything more in the sports bar

While the food is great, their customer service keeps declining. They either forget to bring things (like carrots, celery sticks with the orders) or they they get what you ask for wrong. It wasnt busy tonight so not sure what happened. Thai curry wings are great though, definitely having them again.

Very poor service by the "Wing Trainer". This is the person who teaches everyone else how to do their job. I could understand if they were slammed busy but the place was half empty on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. This is after waiting 15 minutes for a table and then another 10 minutes for drink order.

Service was unrealistically slow. Had to request a server as one didnt approach us. Once one finally came out it took close to an hour to just get a sample for us to try. We ordered our food after 30 additional minutes we were fed up and just decided to leave. Horrible service

Poor service. Over an hour to get a burger and a few wings, even though it wasnt busy. A different employee also failed to bring us a box for leftovers. And cussed at us as we left. Manager comped half the meal, still not worth it. Never going back to this location.

Good food terrible service. Took forever to get the food and when we did, we got main dishes before everything else even the drinks. They forgot one of my appetizers but still put it on the bill. I had ask to take it off.

The worst Bdubs Ive ever been to! I waited over 30 minutes for my food AND when it finally came it did not look appetizing at all....like if the food was sitting in the kitchen and they forgot to bring it out. Hated it.

Quality of this food is pretty good but customer services are not the best forgetting about my drink today and straws and when she brings it she drops some of my drink on the table and doesnt even clean it up....
