Michael, i am assuming was the manager was incredibly informative and polite. Ive gone to Wood Ranch a couple of times before and never thought much about it since the vegetarian options were sparse, but this time around I asked Michael what he thought of the vegan burger... His response was descriptive and ultimately what sold me on it even though i absolutely hate veggie paddys because they come out stale and cardboardy. He had mentioned " light" and I forgot that we were at a BBQ & Grill so really nothing can really be THAT light..i guess as oppose to everything else on the menu it was considered to be so. My favorite: Garlic bread rolls - garlicy, buttery fluffy goodness! Better than most bread rolls ive had! Half and half of Fries and Onion shavings - hearty goodness Chips and salsa- A lot of chips a small bowl of salsa eh dishes: Vegan burger - bit plain but at least the paddy wasnt terrible. THE BEST Cheesecake ( competition since cheesecake factory is literally right next door) - was not THE Best, but good enough for a couple bites. I think because we had such a heavy appetizer, after eating out entrees we were beyond stuff and almost felt a bit disgusting with the heavy amount of food!

I live in las Vegas so things can get pretty pricey around here, for a decent meal. Coming from someone who grew up in San Gabriel, i give WR 5 stars. Reasons; garlic rolls are always soft, fresh and delicious. Mac N Cheese is yummy and cheesy, i like it thick. The Tri Tip is the BEST, very tender, juicy and the perfect amount of bbq sauce. The caesar salad can be hit and miss though. Sometimes its great other times it has too much sauce and can be a bit tangy.. still good though. The asparagus is an upgrade but well worth the extra dollar or so. Its cooked to perfection. Overall the service is amazing. Meal portions are huge, i always seem to share or have tons of leftovers. Great attention whether busy or not, lunch or dinner. Friendly and fast. The key to beating lines or long waits is making reservations :) One of my favorites for sure!!

I am definitely not going back here. First they pre-cook the meat a day before, like that suppose to be fancy, well it is NOT. Second, they brought me aged prime rib that was suppose to be cooked on the barbeque, well it was not. The steak had the sign medium rare and it was so uncooked that I thought is going to jump at me! Again, there were no signs that this steak ever touched the barbeque (no grill marks, period). The ribs were chewy and they were seriously burnt. Just save your money and go to Outback.

Really good chopped salad,with bar b que chicken. There is so much going on in this salad! It is served with bar b q sauce and ranch dressing, and their garlic bread rolls. Perfect! They also do a wonderful New York steak, you cant go wrong with that. Cooked to perfection and served with their potatoes and salad. The service is always good, the staff are attentive and pleasant. Whenever Im in Arcadia I eat at Wood Ranch.

Terrible, actually eat here quite often and the service is hit and miss. We were a party of 10 and Called tonight as I was around the block and was told by Marc the manager that the wait was less than 30 minutes, to come on over. Literally 6 minutes later we walked up to the counter and the wait wat now 2 hours. WTF! He claimed to have sat 5 parties of 10 in the last 5 minutes. Full of CRAP! Couldnt even get his atory straight.

They have great dinners here. The tri tip sandwich is delicious as are the garlic rolls. They bring out a bottle of their special bbq sauce which goes good with everything. Also they have a decent selection of beers such as a 24 ounce angry orchard. Also they do catering which is awesome especially for leftovers.

Ive been here several times and always just left feeling moderately pleased with the food. Its definitely not comparable to Lucilles or even Phils, but its decent if youre craving American BBQ. Ive tried the ribs and sliders, and thought they were just decent. Service has always been pretty good.

Great food, but the guy working there is very crabby. The soup and breadsticks provide the perfect combination. I recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. We find the food delicious and the service excellent. Great food, especially biscuit. This soup is good. Really good.

Horrible horrible service!!! My husband and I waited 10 min at our table and no one acknowledged us at all. A family comes in and they were automatically asked what they wanted to drink. We left and came next door to cheesecake factory! So unfortunate!

Very friendly staffs but their food quality is very inconsistent. I often order ribeye steak, sometime it comes in 3/4 inches thick cutting but sometime its just plan flat. Avoid their buffalo wing & brisket. Their potato skin is great tho.

Went on Mothers Day and the entire experience was amazing! The service was excellent and very fast and the prices were so good, I definitely recommend it! BTW the food was way better than any other restaurant Ive been to (even Lucilles).

The several times Ive been to Wood Ranch have been consistently awesome. The servers are attentive and the BBQ is really good. I tried the Tri-tip tonight and loved every bite. This is a great choice for some good BBQ in the area.

This is the best formal/informal place you can come by this would be 5 stars but I just found out they have stopped serving prime rib their signature dish!! Does not work, bring it back guys, bring it back!
