Trust the other reviews period this is a strong message to the Owner period it seems you have the staff to have an amazing operation but have fallen short of customer service and professionalism period you have a great product and a great company and a great location, all you have to do is have a strong manager at your location and you will flourish period please consider what these other reviewers are Saying .Take your time in one of your company meetings to review only reviews on Yelp and Google and other review services even though some are exaggerated it still gives you a sneak peek into what happened in that customers perception .Hope you will consider my honest review, dont mean anything bad by it but just wish the best for your location because it has so much potential

Service here is terrible. Always takes forever. Final straw was when they misplaced my order on SuperBowl Sunday and told me it was my fault for not calling the Friday to find out I had to pre-pay. Had I known, I would have done so. Spoke to Patrice who was extremely rude and not very intelligent. When I asked for the managers name, who is Richelle, I called her 3 times the next 2 days. Left 2 messages and she never returned my call. I would not recommend this place.

Called in my order was put on hold,for about 15min.Then I was disconnected.Drove there 2 people was ahead of me.notice the phone would ring and they would say hold pls.no one ever pick up the phone to get the order 7 people working the back 2 cashiers up front line was growing then down to one cashier.place my order @6:59 got my food @7:25 never again never.I live 5 min away.I would drive to Pittsburg to get my wings.

Service was horrible. First the young lady who took our order didnt even ask if it was for here or to go. (I heard another young lady ask another customer).I told her it was for here. And the still gave it to me as to go. Then my husband asked for a fork she gets some forks and tosses them in the container. Worst service ever.plus there was no napkins anywhere

this place needs to improve, there is a whole bunch of teenagers running this place. there waiting time is always way off, plus if your order is ready, they will not call your name out, meaning your order can be sitting there for a few minutes. also please be careful there had been multiple times I have gotten wings that were not fully cooked

I love their food but sometimes a 45 minute wait just isnt worth it. When I order by phone, they repeat the order, when you get there they read it again when you pay. Finally, when its ready, they read your order a third time but still get it wrong. How about looking in the bag when u read the order????

they need to read their reviews. Horrible service.. its a bunch of teenagers messing around which makes you question your food. Very slow service even when nobody is in there. Dont call in, theyll put you on hold and forget about you... they often time hang up.

My gf spent 35 minutes waiting for 10 wings around 7:45 last night (Tuesday). Place needs to be shut down and re opened with new management and staff. There were 6 employees there and I just dont understand how it took so long. Wont be going there anymore.

The lunch crew sucked. Ive gone there multiple times during the lunchtime and my wings and fries have always been burnt and it took over 45 minutes once to get an 8 piece of wings in an empty resturant. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Terrible service and wait times. They dont care..they got 3 complaints while I was there. They said 25 minutes wait times and we waited 45 minutes.food of course is always good but call ahead and good luck

Waiting time is ridiculous. Expect to be there anywhere between 25-45 minutes. Then the employees nonchalant attitudes just make it worse.
