3pm the Drive thru sign was on, but no one was taking orders. Thought the voice box was broken, went to window, it was open and no one was there. Saw an employee trough the window sweeping the front dining area, so we parked and went inside. He said hello and would be right with us then kept sweeping. after a minuet he finally came around the counter to take our order. We asked if he was by himself and he said no there are three of us here they were short handed. and we told him that there was no one at the drive thru window then he went and looked for his coworkers. finally co workers came out of the back and were taking orders at the drive thru window and inside counter. it took seven minutes to receive our order to go, not including the five minutes we spent waiting for someone to take orders at the drive thru.

I had to give 1 star to writ this review! Id give it a zero..... it is gross and horrid service. The food was so gross the fry oil was old I could tell bye the taste of the food, Ive always worked in restaurants so old oil leaves a bad taste food poisoning is a garentee here... they never have pot pies ready they never have corn bread. The people are dirty an repulsive looking druggies. Its the worst place ever Id rather eat 7-Eleven food at least its clean and fresh!

I do not recommend this store to anyone. The food came out ok. It came out greasier then Im used to. But what Im really upset about is how dirty the palace is. Drinks and food are sitting at the tables after people leave. There is food all over the floor. The tables look like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. And as I was the only costumer there, nobody came out to clean. Even as I write this in front of the store I still dont see anyone out there cleaning.

Every table in the place was dirty, I had to get napkins from the front counter, wet them at the drink center just to wipe the table off. Customer service isnt one of the items they are trained on either. My food was half prepared sitting on the back of counter for 10 minutes. This was my first time here and definitely my last.

The food was tiny! There seemed to be very few choices and the food looked nothing like what you see on tv. The mashed potatoes and gravy was in a miniscule tub, it looked and tasted like airline food.

Tables not clean and they didnt have enough of the grilled chicken to fill my order after taking it; however, they were nice and apologetic. They did their best to make it right.

The guy who tried to take my order seemed to be drunk and or hi. Took my order wrong and just kept giggling to himself. Wouldnt trust anyone like that to handle my food.

Drive thru at lunch time was quick. Employee was cheerful. Food was served quickly and all accounted for. Food tasted great. Was what I had hoped for, so 5 stars it is.

Make sure you check your receipt and order .and do ask for one because the cashier will try not to provide one if you using the drive thru ..
