If you were as frustrated with the past service as we were, try it again. We have always enjoyed the food but the service was.......bad. we stopped going because of it. Recently my wife and I decided to give it another try TOTALLY WORTH IT! They have clearly made some changes for the better. Now, not only is the food great but so is the service. Weve been back several times and it been great. Nice Job Guys!

First time having dinner here this weekend. The chef made a few mistakes (he forgot the rice for two of the folks at the table and ended up with Filet Mignon that he didnt need, which he correctly distributed to the table). Everything else was just excellent. The chefs culinary skills were top notch as well as his presentation. We will definitely be back.

Love this place, but I WISH they replicated more of the benihana cooking style with their recipes, They could still make it their own, but stand next to great quality like Benihanas, I am tired of driving out to Concord for the experience, really hoping they update it. I am really hoping upper management changes this, I would go all the time if they did!!!!

I just had sushi, cant comment on the teppanyaki which seems to be the main attraction. Good quality, huge pieces of sashimi with excellent texture. California roll was a bit heavy on the mayo binder, decent rice though a bit overcooked. Service very friendly, and extremely friendly and understanding when I had to rush off for a family emergency.

Tried this place from a Groupon and was surprised at the service and quality. Very friendly staff and the food was awesome. Price was reasonable however I like to indulge. Spent over $160 just between me and the wifey. But I have to say it was well worth it. I love the seats.

I would tell you if the food was good if it ever arrived. With virtually no other customers in the house or server basically forgot we were here. Should have ordered more sake to make the experience tolerable. But the red booths were pretty swanky...

We sat at the bar last Wednesday and the service was terrible. One bartender making drinks for the whole restaurant. And, he was taking food orders for everyone at the bar. Took over 10 minutes to get a beer.

Rating this restaurant two stars because the portions are so small. The food is good but this is the first asian restaurant I have been to and walked away still hungry, and it is not cheap.

This is probably my favorite sushi place in Livermore. Plenty of room, never crowded, great service, good prices, a nice atmosphere, and terrific sushi. And they use real wasabi

Good sushi and nice atmosphere. Bunch of TVs to watch sports. Manager noticed I didnt eat much of my baked roll. He took it off our bill. That was really cool. We will be back!!

I just think benihana does a better show, as far as the hibachi part of the restaurant goes. They also didnt undercook the steak (asked for medium rare, got very rare).
