Im calling on everyone to boycott this restaurant. Moved from the Rosegarden where we loved Yuki Sushi on Pruneridge and was happy to see one open in Willow Glen. Well no more. They get our orders wrong, when wed call to tell them they said theyd send us a gift certificate, over a year never saw one even though must have been promised over six of them. Also wed get there and they would have lost our order...dah. More waiting. Then sometimes liquid would be spilled all over the tempura...soggy tempura is icky. Theyd forget salad dressing, forget wasabi, forget... And then sometimes the sushi would be dry and Im talking about the fish. Ick again. Tonight we waited 40 minutes for an order, when we arrived to pick it up theyd lost the order. THAT IS THE LAST STRAW. Id rather drive the extra six miles to the Pruneridge one then have anything to do with the Willow Glen location. Zero stars from me.

This Yuki Sushi compared to the Yuki Sushi on Pruneridge Dr is better in that they serve specialty rolls, cocktails, and have a happy hour. However, the rice here is not prepared as well, and the rolls they both serve (ie Spicy Tuna Roll, Jackie Roll, etc) are not as good at this location; the quality of the fish is the same, just the preparation is not. Also, whenever I come here, the servers only pour me one cup of tea and forget about me until its time to collect the check...

I love Yuki Sushis wide array of menu options, especially for vegetarians! I do find that sometimes they wont bring out all of my tables food at the same time, so usually at least one person is kept waiting. Also this restaurant is usually way too loud for me. Additionally it is often impossible to get a table without waiting 20 - 60 minutes. Despite these frustrations THE FOOD KEEPS ME COMING BACK! Best Japanese food in San Jose (especially for vegetarians!)

Gluten free soy sauce! Just tell your server if you have a gluten/wheat allergy and theyll accommodate. The sushi is fresh and delicious. They also have a few sake flights, wine, beer, etc. Prices are average, so not too expensive. Family friendly. This place is always packed so get there early or make a reservation. We always get sushi but the other food must be good too because I see other people enjoying their meals. My favorite sushi place in Willow Glen!

Not enough staff to adequately service their customers. It took 10 min and 5 requests for service before my party could order our drinks. The chefs behind the bar do not engage with the bar clients. Which to me is the point of sitting there. Once we did get served then I did find the personnel friendly and hospitable....if only it arrived sooner it would have been a different experience. The food is good. I definitely enjoyed it.

Smack in the middle of downtown willow glen, this place gets quite crowded. The food is good & the staff friendly, but there are too many tables packed too closely. This makes the environment rather noisy & the service a little slow when they get busy. Sushi & sashimi is fresh, and they have a large selection of different rolls. They have both Kirin & Saporo on tap, other beers available in bottles. Decent Sake selection as well.

Although a bit pricey I am a fan of this place. Every time I come here I get the sake sashimi; it is very fresh and buttery and melts in your mouth. I have also tried out the following rolls which I thought were extremely delicious, the Tetsu Roll, The Big Pavelsk, and The Coop. Also the customer service and quality of the food is well worth the price (although not everyday as that would break someones bank)

Good sushi, not stellar but solid. Worst hostess on the planet. Went at 845pm party of three, hostess was in back of restaurant or on phone almost the whole time. Seated at 930pm and the waiter did a drive by and disappeared. A very sweet substitute waitress saw our agitation and stepped in. Terrible service other than her. Not going back.

My boyfriend and I got the dragon roll and LOVED IT. I also got the urban myth roll, delicious but a tad spicier than Im used to. Cute place, the sushi bar looks really colorful and fresh. Our usual sushi place is in San Francisco, but well be coming here more often too!

Sushi was food but their proteins like chicken and beef teriyaki lacked seasoning and the sauce was tasteless. Service was disappointing and the space felt cramped due to too many tables crammed in the modest locale. Bottom line is I personally wouldnt go back.

Extremely slow service, small rolls. And sushi is generally expensive, but their rolls are very pricey when considering the tiny size. And I ate during the "10% off rolls" happy hour. Ive been here 40 minutes and have only been served 1 roll.

I took my son out for a mother/son night and we had a great time. We thought the food was great... until 2:30 AM and my son was literally projectile vomiting all night long from food poisoning. I dont think well ever eat there again.

Great tasting food but noisy. If youre looking for a place to meet up with friends to talk, this is not the place. But if youre going for a great tasting lunch or dinner go for it. The combo dinners are a good deal.

Saw that their sign said "open"...Walked in, sat down, read the menu...after 5 minutes of waiting for a waitress, one finally comes over and tells us "were closed, were done, sorry".... How rude, terrible service.

We visited for a nice Birthday dinner. The dishes we ordered (Chicken Teriyaki with 2 different makimonis and a plate of Sashimi) were all excellent. The service was rather quick and friendly. Well be back!

We’ve been there many, many times. I’ve been there with friends, co-workers & clients and they love it. It can fill up pretty fast. We always park on the top level floor, plenty of parking up there.

My favorite sushi restaurant with a couple locations. I am lucky enough to have this one located within walking distance from my home. Always greeted here with a special treat before ordering.

I enjoyed the inside eating with a view of the main street. I loved having the fish bento box for lunch. I enjoyed the crispy fish with all the sides that came with it like the tea egg.

We were thrilled to see this open in Willow Glen. The sushi quality is very good, the service is good too. Try the spicy Ahi app if you like Poke, its not traditional but its excellent.

I love Willow Glen branch of Yuki Sushi, they have more different items in menu comparing to Santa Clara branch, the service is good, too. Usually the wait time is 15-45min on evenings

Good ambiance and food, but sushi at Santa Clara location is still better. Why are the rolls different??? Spicy tuna rolls and Jackie rolls are disappointing ... not as good as SC.

A good mixture of appetizers, sushi, noodles, and other hot foods. The appetizer beef rolled around asparagus, sunomonos, sashimi, chicken teriyaki, were all very delicious.

I consider this restaurant a Willow Glen gem. Our fav is their tuna tartar appetizer. Good service and staff considering how busy they are. I recommend going midweek.

My home away from home. Best sushi ever. From wait persons to owner - they treat us like gold. Portions of fish are huge and fresh and presentation is beautiful.
