I had heard of the Sichuan dish with two kinds of chilis, but never found it. China Villa has it on their new menu, which you have to ask for separately, though there is a board at the front. The dry and wet versions are available, and the dry is spectacular (ask for it with bones). Cant wait to come back and try some of the other dishes. Service is a bit disorganized, but the prices are good.
