The lady seemed really and I love children nice so I hate to post this but here I go!! it is always empty and now I have a idea why.. Her son is always there and the 2nd time we went in he came over to our table and sat down and stared to touch us. She plays cartoons for him right there in the restaurant and they were loud, he was brought a bowl of rice which he spilled around his plate and on the floor and it stayed that way. His toys are laying around. He touched the silverware sitting on the tables and then she gave us that silverware. She started cleaning machines wearing gloves while serving us, then took off the cleaning gloves and he picked them up and came back with a glove full of water and brought it over to our table while squeezing the glove so it was seeping water on our table. We didnt eat anything, at that point I couldnt take a bite if I wanted to.

wow, they have changed! used to be great there. we ordered the dinners and it was terrible, old dry flavorless fried rice, and cold to boot. sauce on brocolli pork was watery and no flavor. they forgot our eggrolls and won tons. the sweet and sour pork was ok, but over cooked, no veggies in the won ton soup. not cooked fresh here anymore for certain, ala cart may be fresher??? who knows. go downtown to the one on f street instead.

Worst customer service EVER. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. They said the drivers car broke down, never called; when we finally called them, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Never delivered the order and only told us they would not charge us for the order. REALLY, I never experienced such unprofessional service in my entire life. Please do not be a patron here.

Not sure why other reviews are so negative but weve ordered twice in the past couple of weeks and found the food delicious!!!! They delivered promptly and food was sizzling hot! I happily pay $3.50 delivery fee to not have to go out in stormy weather. Jumbo Chinese is terrific and we are grateful to have them close to home!!!

We love Jumbo Chinese! My daughter and I both love the wanton soup. I have been going there since they opened and just found a new favorite! The Mongolian chicken is delicious! Sandy is great! Prompt and friendly service always!

This is the only asian restaurant that delivers in Lincoln, and its probably because no one goes inside to eat their food. I am not sure that what I even ate was chicken. There was a $2.50 delivery charge?? Are you kidding me??

Takeout food had been refridgerated and then microwaved. Yuk. I wonder how old it was. It was congealed and cold in center. Never go there again.

I love Chinese food but this one is terrible . Their Fried rice and sweat n sour pork is not good at all but for sure Im not be coming back.
