I was craving katsu chicken. I wanted to try Ono since Ive been to the other Hawaiian BBQ place, and Ono didnt disappoint. The chicken was crispy, and the mac salad had just the right amount of mayo. My mom and Grandma ordered from their lighter menu, and I think Ill do that next time. There are many options on the menu, from smaller portions to lighter fares. Theres lots of seating inside. And its very clean. The only thing I didnt like was the parking. But every parking lot in Tracy sucks, and Ive come to expect that now with every new development.

I go in and order combo (first time here), I try and pay and my card is declined, I pull up bank account and funds there and I show them. She tells me they are having problems with the card readers, and will reset. Try again decline. She says unless I have cash I cant eat. So instead of customer service they are going to just throw away the food they made for me? STUPID. I will never go back and WILL tell everyone that they are horrible! Still starving and need my lunch!

First time coming here today. Employees were friendly. I ordered the chicken curry katsu. I enjoyed eating the curry. I guess for me plain white rice doesnt taste good. I accidentally dropped some of my drink and the employee kindly cleaned it up for me and said have a good day. Overall good experience.

Kalua was super salty, macaroni, too much mayo & onion, crab racoon I couldnt even swallow they were so bad.
