The food was not all that bad. What I did have a problem with was the managerial professionalism that lacked on this date. 10/16/12 I am a strong believer that when employees have acted up or have done wrong they need to be disciplined. But when your treatment consists of reprimanding an employee in front of customers and other employees it does nothing more then show the unprofessional side of the business. Correction - would be to take the female employee back to your office and settle this behind closed doors. If this owner expects to keep running a orderly business I hope he finds my review beneficial as we all make mistakes maybe its his turn to apologize to that female employee and express that from now on all reprimands will be done in the office behind closed doors. I will be returning and talking to that employee. Hope the owner has a heart ?"

I have eaten here now 3 times over the past few months. And I have to say the burgers just are not good enough for me to warrant coming back. My first time sucked which I figured it was just a fluke. So I tried it again and it wasnt much better, even got a corn dog in addition to a burger and it was about 2 shades from black...... oversight, I get it. So here I am now, 2 bites left of my burger and just not happy. Im full, yes but not satisfied. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, a staple of burgers and I could barely find the meat. The cheese overpowered it immensely and the bacon was even drown in cheese. Now this is a clean place with solid Americans working it. I will come back but only because I support small businesses not because of the food. I hope this helps. -Farmer

My first encounter with this restaurant was great!!! Great service,Great Meal And a hunger to come back...My second encounter was a lil different then before the food of course remained too of the line...customer service straight out the window..cashier not as friendly as should have been...lets just say this is a great place to goid an awesome burger...customer service step your game up!

If you really want the very best burger in Oroville or any other city, visit Righteous Burger. Ive enjoyed many of their burgers and they have a great selection of other items as well. Hands down the best burger Ive ever had and the staff is always very pleasant and always happy to please. Dont forget to tip the staff, they deserve it..... :)

This may be the best burger in Butte County. They use top quality meat and the burgers have a "cheese skirt" like the famous Squeeze Inn in Sacramento. Fries are crisp, but soft on the inside. Decor is simple, but the restaurant is always spotless, and there are some fun eighties posters to go along with the retro background music.

The food here is fantastic. Every burger they offer is unique, but theyre all so good I havent been able to choose a favorite. As far as sides go, however, I have to recommend the sweet potato fries - they are the best Ive had anywhere. The staff is really friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

I came all the way up from Chico to try the place. I heard that the beef was grass-fed and I really could taste the difference. Even with the place jammed packed I got quick excellent service. I hope the owner decides to branch out an open a location in Chico (the owner is local to Oroville, CA)!

The beef is great! Found out why, because they use naturally raised meat! I love the cheese skirt especially!!! Yummm. Theyre real friendly there too. You gotta try it...Im actually goin there for dinner again tonight! See you there, if not your missin out!

The Jalapeno Cheddar Burger is phenomenal!!! Reminiscent of the Old Squeeze Inn before it changed location. Great staff and conscious selection of meats. Naturally-raised beef definitely makes a difference when it comes to taste and sustainability.

Overall pretty good burger, dont really care for shoestring fries, better have deep pockets though, for me and my boy to eat was 22.00 and that wasnt anything special. Jakes or Boss has better grub at a far better value

I would just like to say Ive been there twice now and both times were great. The service was awesome and so was the food. Its all fresh and the flavor is really good too. The only thing Id add is milk shakes.

I HAD TO TRY THIS PEANUT BUTTER BURGER. It is one of the best burgers I have had. The staff is friendly and they have a conscious friendly source of meat. I wish there was a Righteous Burger in SoCal.

I come here once a week on average. Cant pass up the quality of the burger. Can be a slight expense, but it is most definitely worth it. Pesto lovers need to try the pesto burger!
