Customer service SUCKS! Ordered at the drive thru and wasnt greeted but didnt think much about it. But it was quickly apparent that the girl taking order was lacking in customer service... Didnt read back order or upsell or even give me the total! At the window, I had to greet the manager who was rolling her eyes, obviously at a coworker. It was apparent there was sort of disagreement. And the girl with the headset had nothing but attitude! Body language, facial expression, tone of voice, etc all speak volumes. She said 2 things, "here you go!" and "what?!" This crew needs help!

The manager lady at the drive through was rude, tried to charge me for 2 drinks, argued that I ordered them then realized that that was the car behind me, no apology, had to re ring me up and then after all that one of my burgers was wrong.. no receipt so now I got to check my bank account to make sure I was charged what She claimed I was charged. Horrible manager that doesnt know her head from her...

Customer service sucks when I went to go report the women who was taking my order for being so rude to my husband and I we found out she was the manager her name is Stephanie and instead of her giving us an apology she started to argue with me and that was very inconvenient I dont recommend anyone to go here.

In the nine months Ive lived in Ladera Ranch, these clowns have YET to get a single order right. In one case, I asked for NOTHING special, a stock whopper. They cant even get that right. For the life of me, I fail to understand some of the combination they produce instead of my order.

Took 25 mins to place order waited another 20. Was 85 degrees in dinning room. Staff is rude and seems to not even notice youre there. Got my food had a hair in my fries and a bug in my iced tea. Looked like a fruit fly. Bad bad bad. I made myself throw up after. Stay away.

We went there twice this weekend during a tennis tournament. Food is amazing! Burgers are succulent. Veggie burger was the best ever, flavorful and tender. Salad was great mix of healthy ingredients and truly delicious. This will be a never miss place anytime we are near.

I eat here once a month. Ive never had any problems. I hope they open one in Laguna Niguel. Driving to Mission Viejo to get the whopper is a necessary inconvenience right now. Open one in Dana Point too!

Their burgers are grilled, and no beef fat on the fries like the other place; however, its still fast food. Love their chicken tenders...10 for $1.49.
