ordered one bagel and a small coffee. Bagel took ~10 minutes to be delivered into my hands. Coffee wasnt great at all. First off, dont go in on a Sunday morning, living hell. Second, dont hire unprofessional teens! I wasnt even greeted or treated like a valuable customer, more like if they were doing me a favor. During the 15 minutes i was there, they gave the wrong order to the same person twice! He was obviously upset and stormed out without his food. Bottom line dont go when its busy and be prepared not to be treated like a customer. First thing in running a successful business is CUSTOMER SERVICE no questions asked. Sure if the food tasted horrible and i got REALLY friendly staff, sure ill give them another try. But thats not the case here, sure the bagel was eh, okay, but if i got treated RIGHT i would go back. But since i got a double whammy i will not be coming back. I really hope the manager or owner reads this and makes the proper adjustments, if not you will be a failed business like the past 3 in the same shopping center. This is an honest to heart review, no exaggerations just personal experience.

Einstein Bagels is by far my favorite bagel chain, and this location is no exception. Alex and crew are very customer services oriented. Granted I am there practically every day so I guess knowing my first name is kind of a given, but in general every staff member I meet here is very friendly. Only took them three years to get a five star review out of me ;) I guarantee the owner/manager and other management staff will go out of their way to make sure your order is right. It does get very crowded some days, and they have a slight tendency to have the toasting machine go a little faster than other places, so if you like a really good toast on your bagel, ask for double toasted.

Great Bagels! Darn Good Coffee too:) They had training with tons of new employees ( Grand Opening) thats why it seemed a little confusing to some. Try Chocolate Chip Bagel or Spicy Spread on your Bagels. They are Open from 5am to 5pm most days. I bought lots a Bagels for a garage sale I sponsored in RSM and EVERYBODY wanted to know where I got them. I went again today. A nice NEW clean place with friendly employees and you get your own coffee refills FOR FREE, UNLIKE STARBUCKS!

Bagels are good. Ordering system is a little odd. One person takes your order, but then you have to go to another person who solely takes your payment. Others scramble around to make the orders. Ends up leaving a lot of people standing around waiting for their order. I guess its better than standing in line waiting to order. Im not sure who did the Corian work, but that counter top in the coffee area is messed up. They should have let the regular contractor build the store.

This is a great place to sit down and have a snack or to take an employer out to have an interview with them. Everyone giving this company a bad rap are personally angry with the people who work there. A review should be direct and concise, not an essay styled complaint. Disregard the negativity and enjoy this fine establishment.

Great place for a quick and delicious breakfast, lunch or take out. The bagels are in endless varieties and schmeers.. they even serve free coffee refills. Not at Starbucks. they also have catering not just bagels check it out for your next business meeting, ( they also deliver) Now thats really good for the busy.

Its okay, I prefer Brugers bagels though, all of the sandwiches are premade, precooked, and microwaved. I am still holding a grudge from when they messed up my order and realized it but didnt try and stop me, had to drive all the way back after getting home.

My daughter catered brunch for Mothers Day yesterday 5/14/17. I have to say I was very impressed with the presentation and quality. The lox was excellent along with the fixings. Thank you for making our day delicious from bagels through dessert. Ice tea too!

In what world do you need to read a review of a bagel place? Bagels cost less than $1. This isnt a Michelin rated restaurant. Worst case scenario, youre out a dollar. Change your life immediately if this was not enough information.

The good was cold and mediocre at best. Poor presentation, flavorless, disgusting. The manager was quite rude to his employees. I will not be back, and I still let every one know how bad it was.

Good food, and good coffee. A bit pricey. 2 coffees, 2 bagels and fruit cup = $20+. Great place for couples to sit and have a nice quiet breakfast or lunch. Will definitely return.

Our neighborhood Einstein Bagels.. Always visit on Saturday after working out. Can get busy at times, but the line moves quickly. Monday has dozen bagels for $6 deal.
