If i could i would leave no stars this place is a joke!!! The service was horrible... it literally took 25 mins for them to bring out mine and my sons food... then another ADDITIONAL 5 mins for my boyfriends BLTA seriously come on people resturants are faster and WAAAAAY better then this crappy place... THEN they messed up my sons food when i clearly said NO CHEESE!!!!!!!!! they put a dot of mustard on the hamburger like what is that going to do. The girls behind the counter are the worst!!!! When i asked about our food coming they just all look extremely confused like they didnt know what to do. Then the cashier who took my order you, cant even understand her..... This place is so dirty, the floors are nasty napkins all over the place... i will not be back!!!!DONT GO HERE I RATHER SPEND $25 ON FOOD THATS ACTUALLY WORTH IT.

Try the Chili Cheese Fries, they wont dissapoint. My favorite burger is the Holiday Bomb. I share it with my hubby and some chili fries and its a very filling meal. Their omelets are great, and I like that I can sub out the hashbrown for cottage cheese. They serve breakfast all day, which is a plus for my kids who love breakfast. I havent had anything I didnt like, portions are big, and service is friendly. The drive thru has value meal deals that you cant get in the restaurant. The one time I went through the drive thru l (ate at night before closing) the service was slow and the person was not the friendliest, but it was late, so I get it. Overall, we like coming here. Its great for big groups, they have huge half booth half chair tables. We came in with 13 kids and 9 adults once and eveything went smoothly.

I got moldy sour dough toast. When I took it up and asked to speak to the manager, he said it was not good for the restaurant or for me. He said they would make another toast. While I was sitting at the table, he came over and said he checked the bread and there was no bread that was molded and it was just bad luck for me. He gave me a gift card so that I would try to come back and give them another try. This is not the first time I have had problems at this Holiday Cafe . Last year I had a piece of blue thread in my daughters carne asada fries. It turned out that it was from their uniform.

Very good food and service, only the morning the staff . Today had the worst customer service, I ever experience. At evening the cashier Maria ignores customer and all tables, floors and restrooms are filthy... Is so sad my second time back thinking was gonna be special as my first time. The 6 employees were all busy at back while services is horrible and dinning Is so dirty tables and floor. Good place to eat but go in morning we had to get up for silverware , plate and wet towel to clean our own table. Check my full incident at yelp. Thank you.

We love to go out and try new places and have traveled the world. Weve tried quite a bit, but this place was horrible. We went on a Saturday morning for breakfast and spent $20 for something that tasted like slop at best. Most of all the unoccupied tables were disgusting with dirty dishes and theyre was a bunch of workers in the back. Not going here again...

They "say" they open at 5 am & even on the drive thru window it says drive thru open at 5 am.. not true!. I even called to see if they were open and I just got a rude hang up. I drove through the drive thru to see if there was anyone there and there was a female at the window who just blatantly stared at me. By the way it was 5:18 when i drove thru.

What a relief to know that there is one restaurant you can always depend on in Toronto. Everything was exceptional -- especially the food. We were entertaining family from out of town and Scaramouche made us proud. Family members were impressed. The room, the location, the view!!! Still the best after all these years. Amazing. Amazing experience.

Waiters are rude, ,even when they mess up my order they acted like it was my fault for their mistakes,they complain that i did not place my order correctly as if i didnt know what i ordered at that moment ....for the last two and only 2 times ive been here the wait is more than it should be for such a mediocre place ,,,,,,

I love this place I been here twice now. Both times my experience was very pleasant. I can tell they make everything fresh and the food is wonderful and taste great. Their service is great and above average. I wish their was a holiday cafe in the San Fernando valley I would eat there all the time!

Amazing cafe! Employees are great and service is incredible! We mostly sit outside since it can get busy inside unless if its hot or raining. Another thing is that they have dog bowls outside! Havent brought my dog yet but considering so.

The drive thru service is beyond terrible. If your planning to eat for your lunch break at work, dont bother. Sad that a place as well known as this has the worst drive thru experience Ive ever been to. The slowest around.

Waited a half hour with my wife and the server gave our food to another couple. If someone would have apologized we may have waited but since no one did, they wasted our time and we left hungry. They lost a customer.
