The service was great, waiting in line is worth the wait and trust me it gets very long. There is a great view from the outside very peaceful. There is a great view from the outside very peaceful. It isn’t very roomy (much space) that’s the only downside it’s a very small area inside & outside. The food here is just amazing, I can literally eat here everyday. Worth the drive long drive; well at least for me. Prices are also very reasonable here, the only thing you cant get refills on are milk, smoothies and orange juice.

Spicy chicken and bacon waffle! Okay I got that out of the way... The lines are long, and when I am traveling in other countries I usually pick eating options based on the size of the queue! And if this place was foreign to me the queue out front will tell me all I need to know. Grab a menu, make your selections and order at the counter ( you order then can pick a seat ) then go out and find a seat. You will be blessed with some goodness! Dont pass up on the Spicy Chicken and Bacon Waffle!

I would have given it 5 stars, but the wait is usually extremely long. The food is good, I was never disappointed, the service is good and everyone is friendly. BUT THE WAIT... OH LORD THE WAIT. Also if you dont like your food or it is not to your satisfaction, they will gladly take it back and you can purchase something else from their menu without waiting in line, and they will bring the check to your table. And no worries, you wont get a refund for the food you returned.

3-1/2 stars. We have been looking forward to trying this place for quite a while. The loosely Hawaiian based menu looks great. Our first experience was not everything we hoped for. Granted it was Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m. so very overcrowded and maybe not the best time for a first impression. It may take a few visits to dial it in. We will definitely try again.

the food is good, but the place is very disorganized and crowded. you order in the front, and then have to wait in a separate line to get a table. the workers dont really make this clear to the customers, so be prepared to see line cutting or random table stealing. go during non-rush hours if you want to eat in peace

Love this place for breakfast. Dont let the line out the door scare you. They are efficient so it goes fast. I love the pancakes here I get the 2 eggs , 2 pancakes 2 bacon dish yum. But they also have specialized pancakes like macadamia. My husband loves the loco moco. Eggs sausage and rice.

Fluffy pancakes, great with coconut and boysenberry syrup. Fried rice side doesnt have meat in it but a nice side if you already have bacon and spam. Breakfast burrito with corned beef hash was yummy. Hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows and sprinkles was a hit with the kid.

Went here for lunch with a few friends. Pricing, service and quality were all great. Very unique menu selections for a pancake house. A friend got the chicken and waffles which was unlike any chicken and waffles that Ive seen, but in a good way. Definitely a must see in the area.

Definitely some of the better breakfast in the area The inside is a bit small, but it doesnt seem to deter the crowds. It has a bit of a Hawaiian theme with their Kalua pork items. They have reasonable prices and portions. Ill definitely come back a few more times.

Food was delicious!! I had a build your own omellete and added blueberry pancakes YUM!!!!! Super friendly staff with excellent hospitality, very warm and welcoming! They were also consistent with making rounds to keep areas clean and check on customers needs. A++!!

Still trying to figure out why everyone is crazy about this place...they make a decent place, but nothing to rave about. Went to this specific location on a Friday. Morning and service was not so bueno. I wouldnt go here if my boyfriend wasnt all about it.

Youre got to try it! Amazing food in this hidden treasure in Mission Viejo. We are hooked. Its been a long time to since we seen such good customer service like this. My husband had breakfast burrito and I had incredible coconut pineapple pancakes.

A secret little breakfast place with a nostalgic feel. Dont let the outside of the restaurant fool you. Inside they have great breakfast, pancakes and a giant refilled coffee carafe for each table. Waiters are kind, quick and food is great

Great place for breakfast. Get there early because the lines are always long. Seating is limited so it may be hard to eat here if you have a big group. But I love this place. Good for a nice breakfast date. Their Oreo pancakes are amazing!

Great place for a casual breakfast. Loco Moco, pancakes, waffles, omelettes, coffee/latte. They serve lunch items too- salads and sandwiches. Pay at the counter then pick your table. Outside seating available.

Wait wasnt bad when we got there on Sunday morning. We ordered their french toast, corned beef and hash, and sausage and eggs. Food came out quickly and service was good. Ill definitely check them out again

Great breakfast place with the best Swedish pancakes around. Unfortunately, unless you get there very early (on the weekend), youre looking at a fairly long wait. On the flip side, the wait is worth it.
