Wish i could give zero stars but they force you to give one. Youre welcome for the star. Who ever owns this store should be ashamed of their management. But its okay i guess. This location doesnt care about the quality of customer service. The employees care about that 20min gap (before closing) of making sure they close their doors and windows so they can leave early. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. I also am a business major. If theres one thing i know, its best business practices. Your priority is customers, it is NOT getting off work 20min beofre your scheduled to. This is a reacurring problem at this place. Over and over again we run into the same problem and its only at this location. I used to like taco bell... now im ashamed to say i did. Bummer....

Tonight I had a bad experience trying to buy on the drive thru. I waited for half an hour and the cars in front of me did not move at all. I really dont know what was going on. I finally decided to horn to see if the cars behind my car would move and let me back up and leave. Luckily they understood my frustration and they back up and left as well. Unbelievable. I dont think I will ever go back to this particular taco bell.

The restaurant is clean, the staff is polite and friendly, my order came up fast & exactly how I asked for it (extra sauce, no sour cream, etc.). My drink was ice cold, perfect amount of ice, wasnt lacking in syrup or watered down....I was perfectly happy! Other fast food establishments should look to Taco Bell as an example! Keep up the good work guys!

My friends and I like to call this particular location the "hipster taco bell", its unusually clean and kept up compared to most other locations. The staff is very kind and often leave mints in your to go order. Food always feels fresh here too, the quality overall is very high. I highly recommend this location. :)

Simple mistakes with my orders on numerous occasions. I am led to believe this stems from the young kids working and lack of listening especially when friends have stopped by to "chill" not to professional nor is it a good work ethic. Hope management will see and handle the minor issues. Foods OK always slow.

Even tho it was pack the manager and his staff did amazing job getting to everyone and making sure no one was stuck waiting. Not only were they responsive but very knowledgeable about their products. Would very much come back again

They forgot to give me hot sauce with my bell Grande nachos. Than I went again to the drive throw and ask if they can put more sour cream on my nachos, They said they charge extra. Horrible service

It is very clean inside this Taco Bell. Even the restrooms are clean. The music is too loud though, maybe because they mainly get high school kids as customers.

Quality at this location is always great. Always busy around 12:30 because of the high school so expect longer wait time during lunch hour.
