I have been to a lot of IHOP restaurants and this is by far the worst of them all. We waited for a table for a long time and as soon as we are given a table we were ready to order. The waiter refused to get our order except for drinks and we were told to wait. My sister requested her drink to be dilluted with a little bit of water but the waiter refused and argued that they were too busy. I love IHOP but this branch is the worst and I will never come back to this place. This branch just lost a lifetime customer.

Honestly, the food is what it is, I mean, cmon it is an Ihop. What makes me rate this place 5 stars is not the food (although the food is decent), is the people who work there. I have never had a bad experience when going to this particular Ihop. Everyone is always cheerful and helpful. The service is pretty much phenomenal!!!! It is also an inexpensive place to eat and I believe kids eat free on Tuesdays.

Went on Veterans day with my brother in law who served overseas for years for our country... While other IHOPs offer free meals, he had the same special as seniors..... Free pancakes only. At first our server didnt even know what Veterans Day was! Our food came out wrong, all tables were dirty, forks dirty, and it took so long!

I will never go again in a place like this. Too pricey for: Harvest Grain N Nut Pancakes, 2 funny face with scrambled eggs for my kids and a Pancakes Combo, 2 orange Juices and 1 coffee!!! By the way the waiter was gentle. No wonder why @ 8:30Am was empty!! I forgot, $7.50 for the tip too. Ground total of $57.50!

Waiters here cant get your order right. The place is not so clean especially the silverware mine was crusted with white crust. And back to the Waiters d they dont even take time to take your order. Some real management needs need to take place here.

Too many times Ive come here and been given dirty silverware or glasses. Ive tolerated it because my mom loves it but its too gross. Also, when its hot inside, your customers arent happy and we arent the ones busting our butts working.

They have great pancakes for sure, but the bill racks up surprisingly quick. Good place to go for one parent + child on a weekend. Good service.

We wait for 30 minutes. Finaly sat down and the waiter didnt come to the table for another 20 minutes. I had to walk out after an hour of waiting
