The girl at the cash register speak very limited English and dont even open her mouth to talk. I had to ask her to repeat what she saying like 6 times. Long story short... I ended to pay $9 for a chili burger, fries and small soda. I asked why so much ??? She said because I ordered combo # 5 and upgraded to Chili fries and all beef hot dog ($2.99) I never mentioned combo neither hot dog !! To cancel the order she called the manager. My order got ready before the manager showed up to cancel it. It sound stupid but I had to eat whatever that cashier wanted at a price of a "decent" restaurant !! By the way, consumers no grade posted on the entrance !!! Go eat at your own risk, "if you speak fluent Spanish and have electronic ear piece"

They got my order wrong yet AGAIN! I didnt get my chilli fries I paid for... A few days went by & they wouldnt give me my lousy chilli fries because I couldnt find my receipt... "Just give the man his chilli fries!" They sure took my money alright ... Booo not going back to this place.

Went through the drive-thru. Lady working on 12/30 gave me an over-cooked corn dog when I had ordered two. Went around again, explained to her the mistake, and she called me a liar to the face and refused to fix the mistake. Location on Lambert is way better than this location.

The line can be long but the its well worth the wait! The Wienerschnitzel making process is entertaining to watch and the Wienerschnitzel taste even better. You should def let the chef make the hot dogs all the way and enjoy each intricate part of the Wienerschnitzel.

Say they open at 9 I arrived at 9:30 and yet they are still closed .. every time I order it ask for easy chilies and extra chesse seems like they just throw it on and shake the box very bad service

Couldnt agree more the service is bad and the manager is rude. Dont even bother complaining she doesnt care. I have better luck in the evening and my order is correct.
