A lot of people rant and rave and swear by In-n-out. Dont get me wrong, In-n-out is good, but 5guys blows it away! Customer service at this particular chain is awesome. The ketchup dispensor was out. I went and told the cashier (Jill) about it and went to sit down and wait for it to be filled. A few minutes later, after she finished, Jill brought some cups of ketchup to me and my wife! Now that is customer service. I know its a small thing but its the small things that really matter. Thanks Jill!!

Great store that makes the five guys brand look good. Their burgers are quite good and the fries are on point. The peanut oil allows for a higher temperature for the fry to soak the oils up at, and the aroma of the fries is on point. Skip the Cajun and go with the regular. Food takes a while to prepare so theres free peanuts to munch on. Only issue is the price is kind of high, but you do see the quality of what you pay for in your meal

Their fries go small (1person), medium (2/3people) to large (+) so becareful when ordering them because their huge :D, everything there is pretty darn big so make sure your hungry. Great portions, amazing taste and excellent customer service I must go and try, but since the nearest one from me is Brea, I wouldnt seek it out over the habbit burger which is pretty much the same in quality and service but way nearer.

It would be nice if the hamburger patty I paid six dollars with tax for was larger than the tomato slices it cowers broken, crumbling and burnt beneath. And although I asked for onions, I got a trillion of them. It seems they were trying to make up for the mistake of the missing meat, but it just called attention to it more. I wont be coming here again.

Its OK if you have the time to wait gets busy during lunch but still most places do at that time. Had good meal it was 14 and change for a combo . I drive a tractor trailer and its difficult to find parking to get a bite to eat. Had no choice it was convenient wont lie burger was good Fries meh... Guessing once doesnt hurt right.

I honestly dont get the hype of this place. To me it tastes like a slightly better burger from Wendys. They wrap them in foil, which make the burgers soggy by the time I get home. The Cajun fries are TOO salty. A meal costs as much as it does at a place like Red Robin. Ill stick to In-N-Out.

Really not sure what is so good about this place. Ive been cajoled to eat here a few times by friends that swear by it but never been impressed-especially since the price is ridiculous for what little you pay for (and quality). Come here for the peanuts?

Extremely overpriced food. Does not live up to the hype everyone seems to give it. Burgers are super greasy and the fries are usually soggy. It comes out to roughly $11 for a simple burger combo. In n Out is still better.

The bacon cheese burger without bun, in a bowl, is very good. Though sometimes its difficult to eat it in the deep bowl. They also have those cool coke machines that dispense 100s of flavors.

Not worth the price. $14 for a Cheeseburger, small fries and a drink! Save your money and eat at In-n-Out instead. Never wasting another dime here again.

Not my favorite type of burgers. Too greasy and messy, comes in a bag even though youre dining in, and the foil that wraps the burger is also greasy
