Ordered a bacon western cheeseburger..the bacon was raw...i mean so raw it was still pink...my husband took it back to the cook...an employee brought it back on a wrapper a few seconds later saying they cooked it longer...ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS?? my husband declined...the employeee looked at us with the most bewildered look on her face..another customer asked for it & the employee turned around and gave it to them...BY FAR THE GROSSEST THING IVE EVER SEEN A EMPLOYEE DO!!!!

Carls Jr. has some of the best fast food, but it seems overpriced. At this location the employees didnt seem to have good customer service skills and seemed to not like working there. Despite my previous comment being generally true, the food here sometimes lacks effort in that it is obviously frozen or just doesnt look appetizing. Overall, I wouldnt complain, but customer service is half of the reason why one goes inside and not through the drive thru.

So extremely pissed. Only drive threw is open at night. Fine I get that. Me and my husband walked over 2 miles to get food in middle of night. The girls inside seen we were hot and tired. Ignored our request at order screen, knocked on drive threw window- ignored! Went to front the girl said get a car and flicked us off!!! Not cool. We flew in from Chicago even back home employees have respect. This place Im so very mad at!

I highly recommend this Carls Jr it is 5 STARS I first walked in last Monday and I was very impressed with the Management and the employees really treat you courteous and it is my new spot Ive recently relocated to Fountain Valley and Im working MDU, Business and residential, Very clean Mr Henry Anthony DIRECTV SALES MANAGER!

Really bad service. Will see to it that the person in charged who took my order gets fired or quits. Without being rude to him he just hanged up on me when I was calling to complain about the service and food. Who puts kids in charge. Never going to eat at a Carls Jr again. I dont care if not all are bad.

Went through the drive through and lady was rude, didnt know what was in her product, and didnt give me a combo discount. Called to speak to the manager and she was just as rude and dumb as the cashier. I worked 3 years in the fast food industry and you DONT talk to customers like that!
