I went to this Subway #136 at 1770 S. Harbor to order a breakfast sandwich. The store is smaller than most subways and kind of dirty. The girl who made the sandwich had a hard time with English. That is OK. However, she acted like as if she was doing me a big favor making the sandwich. I specifically asked her twice for regular egg, not egg whites, and she still put an egg white paddy in the sandwich and popped it in the oven. I asked her again if it was or was not egg whites. Finally, when she realized that she had made a mistake, she took the egg white paddy out of the oven and to my surprise put it back in the fridge to serve it to the next customer after seeking the managers approval! She then put a regular egg paddy in the same bread and put it back in the oven again. I was sick to my stomach after eating the sandwich. I also noticed that the other workers there, including the manager, kept going in the back and moving things around and when they came to the counter to serve the customers they never changed their gloves and handled the food, the money, the register and the trash with all the same gloves. They apparently have no clue that they are supposed to use the gloves to prevent the food from getting contaminated and that they should change the gloves after handling trash, etc. Disgusting place, rude employees and bad attitudes. I would give this place zero stars if I could. It also seems like the menu was more expensive than other locations and they offered no specials.

As far as Subway sandwich shops go, this has to be the tiniest one Ive ever visited. They might as well just put a window out to the parking lot and not even bother with a dining room. There is hardly any room in here whatsoever and most of it is taken up by the line of people trying to order their sandwiches. As far as Subways go, its comparable to all of the rest. You get to yell out your order to the "sandwich artists" over the giant sneeze guards as they continually put less and less on your sandwich. Not a great place to take 7 hungry people who just arrived from a 25 hour road trip. Ive never been a fan of Subway restaurants and this was no exception. Hot, stuffy and packed full of people doesnt make for an enjoyable experience. If you want a sandwich, there is an Earl of Sandwich just down the street at Downtown Disney. I wouldnt recommend wasting your time here. Thanks for reading.

So apparently making the decision to lease a location for your franchise within close proximity of Disneyland and choosing to be open 24/7 is justifiable reason to skirt around any and all corporate promotions and deals! Subways two main promotions (Febru-any and Sub of the day) NOT honored here!! Opportunities for increased business dismissed by franchise owners. Stupid terrible. Owner should close their location -- go somewhere else. If youre going to overpay to eat, convenience yourself and eat in the park or go somewhere else that will honor deals.

Place is clean and in a area that did not look too crowded but i am sure it is, i was on my way home from work and decided to try this particular shop. Parked right in front of the store and walked in & walked out 5 minutes later with my footlong of course.. I have droven a few times since but parking in front of the store is a hit a miss, i know you are probably saying why not park then validate, but i know of two other Subways that i can park and have a bit better parking. Yea, I am that way... So try them out, It is Subway.

Absolutely terrible service. Came here with my family and the staff was very rude. I asked for siracha on the side (which is what I usually do at other subways) and they complained. They threw my sandwich together and it was very sloppy. Also had no water in their machine. I usually dont complain but this was just over the top rude. I will definitely not come back here again!!!

These guys are sneaky and try to hide the corporate promotions. Right now there is a buy one, get one, for the 6" flat bread breakfast sandwich. If you dont go in knowing, you wont be told. Im sure subway didnt intend it to be that way. Too bad sneaky business owners are trying to work around corporate pro.options. Shameful.

As long as subways are concerned this one is subpar which is sad because its right next to Disneyland. Employees cant manage to crack a smile, you ask them for something extra or to hold off on something and they roll their eyes or raise their eyebrows like if you asked them to remake the bread from scratch.

The customer service here is horrible, theres was trash on the corner next to the soda machine like someone swept it and just left it there. I asked a question to the guy who rung me up and he answered me with attitude and was rude about it. Oh, and they have no weekly deals like ???????? Never again.

This Subway is more expensive than the other subways around the area. Customer service is OK with some of the staff but some others are rude and speak in Spanish in front of you while making your subway. To me that is very rude!! If you dont like the customization of my subway then work somewhere else.

Im guessing he was the manager but is cheap on his vegi. Only usually get lettuce and a lot of olive first time I was told at a sub way I Could only get 8 olives. I understand you are near Disneyland and you can be a cheap owner but seriously?

Asked for extra olives. They gave me like 3 extra little slices and refused to give me more. Dont know what the big deal about a couple extra olives is. 0/10 would not recommend. Owner was very rude too when I called them up about it.

Great service. The owner is fantastic and happy to be here making sandwiches for 26 years. We come here every time we go to Disneyland and load up on great food with great prices(before we get nailed in the wallet at the Mouse House).

You need to slide a card in the door just to go to the bathroom. The bathroom has no paper towels, AND the hand dryer doesnt work. It is really dirty. Customer service was fine, but the establishment itself has a lot to be desired.

We brought sandwiches back to our hotel from here twice. Subways ate pretty consistent with there food, but the staff at this one stands out. Great attitude and very accomidating. Restaurant was clean. And theyre 24 hours!

The two women that work in the morning are rude and give off a negative vibe. They also have none of the deals that EVERY OTHER SUBWAY has. Ex. The NO subs of the day. Ohh and there soda machines dont dispense water

This was the nearest subway that was walking distance from Disneyland and although I love there Subs. I didnt like there service because I could have a side of chipotle sauce and they dont offer the sub of the day!
