Dont come to this KFC if you want your order to be correct and want fast and freidly service. Poor service. Waited a long time in drive through to start. Got home and was missing 2 pieces of our 8 piece family meal including 2 apple pies we ordered but were not included in the order ( was not charged for the pies) Contacted the manager Maria and requested a credit for my next visit since I was already home, instead she said I can return to pick up my 2 missing pieces rather than maybe understanding I was 10 minutes away and my dinner did not include KFC tonight since there was not enough chicken to feed my family. She also said, she would not give us a credit unless we return the full order. But if we ate anything, no credit. Okay?? EVERYONE STOP EATING!!!!! Give me a break. I feel my phone call to them was a bother and they did not give a s%^! about their error, let alone try to correct it in a manner that would cause me to return. They can keep their 2 pieces they shorted me. Including my $20 plus tax! I understand people make mistakes and that is okay if you fix or do the best to make it better. Suggesting to your customer that is already at home to come back and pick up your 2 missing pieces and not offering a curtsy free meal for the error is grounds for never returning to that establishment ever again and letting people know whats going on over at the KFC in La Habra on Harbor. Hopefully the owners will read this and have a seroius talk with their staff and manager, realize that this type of service does not go unnoticed and unfortunately will cause them to lose business. At least from me. If you work somewhere please be happy with your job. I work too and we were never rude or ask for anything out of the ordinary. We just wanted KfC for dinner tonight. That all. #lahabraKFCrealripoff

Waited 20 minutes to order, after ordering waited another 15 minutes to pull up to the window. Got to the window and waited 10 minutes. She handed me a bag of food and then asked for my card. She handed me the card and said thanks. She forgot half of my order. Waited close to 45 minutes and didnt even get what i ordered.I will never return to this location because of the long amount of time I waited to receive sub part service. I would recommend any other location than this one. The surrounding area is very poor and not a nice condition

These are exceptionally good wings. I had the Garlic Bacon Parmesan, Chases, and Korean and all three were great in their own way.They were cooked perfectly, with a slight crunch on the outside but very juicy on the inside. I also really appreciated how saucy they were - there was enough sauce to coat the wings, but they werent dripping and messy.My only complaint is they werent as big as I had hoped. Thats not to say that they were extremely small, but they would have been perfect if there was a bit more meat.

Today went to drive thru to get food for my family dinner and food is always fresh and hot. This is my second time with mrs. Maria in the drive thru window she is quick to take orders but doesnt give a chance to finish ordering and she is being friendly but in a sarcastic way after u get to window but other than that i would have given it a 5 stars but she need to be friendly.

I hate this place because they raise the prices on the five dollar fillet meal to six dollars now and its still the same small size also they forgot my other food cookies they offered honey its too small the biscuits dont taste like they used to and they have a rip off sizes of a dollar 50 for macaroni and cheese that I can get for $.33 at Walmart very very awful

This KFC is awesome, which sucks because they go out of chicken fast. There service is good, they try their best to give you the order complete with sauces and utensils. I have never had an issue with them. The only times I have seen the restaurant dirty is during or after they get packed. I always take my family there and we always get excellent treatment.

my boyfriend and I love coming here for the food, but the service absolutely sucks. They always forget something.. first time they forgot our drinks and now they forgot to give us our extra side of potato wedges. Never again.

I love KFC. I get it more often than I should admit. But this location is lacking in service. They are very slow and dont seem to care. Ive had many missed orders in the drive-thru as well.

Cashier was friendly. Food was fresh. Tables dirty, windows full of fingerprints. Employee on break sleeping on bench in dining area. Change those things and might be a better experience.
