If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I go to this store in particular the line is super long. And to make matters worse they always forget something. Tonight me and my girlfriend stopped by for a late dinner waited 30 mins in drive thru line. The person taking our order was rude through the intercom then when we finally approached the window he just opened the window. Told me a total. And took my card. Then handed me a bag that was sloppily thrown together. Horrible customer service. The young man not once thanked us or even made eye contact for that matter. We finally get home. And again our order was wrong. My girlfriend ordered a two piece meal with a breast and a wing and two sides. We got a black container that had 2 chicken legs rolling loosely around in it. And no sides. My burrito was cold and barely had any chicken in it. I went back to get my correct food. There was a long line of people waiting to order and nobody working the counter I finally got a manger who was rude and acted annoyed with me. After having to come back I was still treated horribly. And did I mention the ice cream machine was down and ice maker down two. They were offering combos with no drinks. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience all together. I love el pollo loco but I will never go back to this location.

Ordered two salads at lunch time, both double chicken, to go. Arrived at my destination, neither had double chicken. Went back at 9:30 pm and ordered two more double chicken salads to go, asked them to make sure they had double chicken as the afternoon salads did not. Again, neither salad had double chicken. I eat at a lot of different EPL restaurants & this one has consisting had poor quality service and food delivery, both today and in the past. Dont think Ill be going back.

Crepe Place always love El Pollo Loco even mind if it gets busy it could be a little slow but other than that they are always willing to help you with your orders especially Bernie who is a great employee and deserves a raise for all the help that I saw him give multiple customers that were upset because it was taking so long

I USED to eat here everyday on there old menu but ever since they changed there burrito menu i cant eat here. The avocado and cabbage is horrendous. Plus they add way to much rice and beans. Gives the worst texture ever. I litterally cant eat it. Wasted money is never good. Dont think ill be comming back for burritos.

This place only has good food when u order inside & dine in. Take out from the drive thru window is horrible. Something is usually missing or incorrect. The speaker in the drive thru wasnt working properly, we practically had to shout out our order. Horrible

The quality of the chicken sold at this location is way less than average. The pieces are very small and the sides are not even adequate. The person that runs this location is maximizing profits at the expense of return business.

The drive thru line was very long so I went inside to find a long line as well. They were the most disorganized. Orders were not filled properly so people were coming back to complain only 2 people taking orders. It was a circus.

Everything was just ok. Other Pollo Locos seem to have fresher food or maybe they put it together better? The customer service needs improvement also. I like Pollo Loco but will probably go to a different one going forward.
