Great food, not so great employees. Two visits ago, my boyfriend ordered my usual 3 piece meal with mac and cheese. As always, I ask for another biscuit in place of the drink. Who needs all that sugar anyway? Instead of giving me no drink, Mac and cheese, two biscuits and chicken, they gave me chicken and three biscuits? No Mac? No drink. So i said forgive and forget and I went again. I ordered the same thing but with mashed potatoes. They didnt give me a biscuit or a drink. I just cant win with them. God forbid anyone order something not menu specific because they just wont listen.

Picked up food from here around 7pm and just wanted to share my experience. Considering it was Tuesday and everyone was hitting up that 2 pc deal, the line to wait went fast. I wanted to also note what great customer service I experienced. Very unexpected from Popeyes! I usually frequent the Popeyes on Goldenwest (Westminster) but Ill be coming to this location from now on. Best of all they have a drive thru!

Okay so I never thought I would go back to this specific Popeyes because my last visit the manager was a complete ass hole. So today I really wanted some chicken so I went back and the guys were extremely nice and fast service and made sure everything was perfect! Ill return and the guys were super hot hahaha

Love Popeyes...BUT VERY disappointed with Popeyes today at 19102 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach. ZERO stars for a rating. Erase the above 1-Star Luke warm chicken Both pieces very dry. Will not return to this location because a co-worker had this same experience last week.

Really kind staff! I just dropped by to get some gas and maybe heat up a Tupperware I had with me, and they were nice enough to heat it up in their microwave and even give me one of their forks, which I had forgotten.

Excellent chicken at lunch time. Tonight Ill try dinner to see if the chicken are still as good as lunch time. You know later in the evening they will just serve you stale chicken

The chicken here is fresh and very good. I usually buy spicy but I got the mild and its so flavorful and delicious hot right out the fryer. You cant go wrong.
