First I tried to call to see if they had any pot pies. The phone was busy for almost an hour. So I drove there. I asked if they have a phone there for people to call to place an order. The counter guy said he didnt know. I asked if there was a manager there. He looked all over, and said she was outside. So I asked if they had any pot pies. He said no. So I went next door to Taco Bell. Glad I did. The service was great, and the place was VERY clean. Unlike KFC. Better yet, the food was great.

Food is always cold. I can deal with the cold food, but it came with a biscuit that was so hard, I couldnt bite it or break it. Then I tried calling the store to ask for the manager and nobody answered the phone. Not to mention the lady at the drive through window who rolled her eyes at me several times. $5.67 down the drain. I usually dont write bad reviews, but these people wont pick up the phone so I could offer a suggestion. Ugh!

HORRIBLE!!! I went the day before to place a order with the manager (Christina) to feed a large party. She took my order and phone number and when I went to go pick it up and the place was closed, locked up solid, nobody there lights where on nobody home. Hopefully the Health Department closed them down. So in the long run this was a good thing that I didnt feed all these people. Went next door and Taco Bell saved the day!!

I keep coming once every 2 to 3 months and see if it gets better. Every time I come in the tables tables and the floor are dirty there is no clients eating and plenty employees working.... And no one can come and clean oh and just imagine the restroom... I really like the pot pie thats why I keep coming back but this is my last one

The worst service ever, last night. It took them 32 minutes just to gives us our order to go. My fiance eaven said "What are you guys doing chasing the chickens" Mark the cashier replied I wish! All we wanted was faster service to go. This is our last time that we will be going to KFC on Alosta.

Slow service and a lack of menu variety. Some menu items on menu board were not available or showed up on menu board with tape hiding it. Also stickers on counter suggest a "49¢ discount" for people using a credit card but the price charged show no discount for doing so. So disappointed.

This has to be the filthiest KFC in the western region.. I have tried and tried to be a faithful customer but I cant take it any longer.. Note to Owner... Please spend some cash and upgrade, remodel and remove the rust from the kitchen it is not attractive to your customers..

This kfc sucks. No management skills, no customer service, and no one there to answer the phone when I called to report part of the order is missing NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. NEVER GOING BACK AND NEVER WILL RECOMMEND

Terrible. The 3 orders I asked for they said it was gonna be a 10 minute wait, then when I finally got mine, they only had half of it there. Dirty restaurant, terrible customer service too.
