I placed a catering order to serve 20. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Everything in the order was correct and the service was good. There is room for improvement as I was unable to confirm my order by phone on the day it was to be picked up. They were understaffed and did not answer the phone - I resorted to stopping by in person a few hours before pickup to make sure the order would be ready. Very friendly staff working hard.

They have been advertising the fish tacos but at 5PM last week (during the rains) they are out of fish! I was ordering drive thru & was stuck in that line for over 15mins 4 nothing!?! When I finally got to the d-*n window, I asked to speak to the manager because I waited so long for nothing & they just said sorry. wtf! ...just make sure that you call ahead if you want to get anything with fish

i enjoy the chicken salads. no i have not had the pleasure of tasting the tap water. but they do sell bottled water there.service is normal to me i have been going to el p for years..also if i have a problem i normally speak with a manager. maybe there was a problem with the water system and it might have helped to report the problem.

Very clean, great costumer service, friendly employees, great food. I have left my local restaurant and come to the Brea location because is way cleaner. The eating area is very clean and so are the restrooms. This location is all the opposite to the one at Yorba Linda Blvd and Imperial.

I love El Pollo Loco.....but this particular franchise is the worst one I have ever been too. They screw my order up on a regular basis. I am thinking about driving 5 miles out of my way each time to go eat at another one even though this one is 30 seconds or less from my house.

This place has such a bad rep here in Brea. Go inside do not go through drive through. Service inside is polite and efficient. Service through the drive through is rude and they never get the order correct. It never fails- been eating here for 6 years.

Unfortunately, this location is not always the cleanest... they need to pay more attention to keeping their tables and beverage area cleaner. However, that being said their staff are very friendly.

Ordered a 8pc family mean, we were not given forks and napkins. 3 out of 4 salsa were totally soured! Called the store to speak to the manager, the manager never picked up after 25 rings!
