I like El Pollo Loco and I go pretty regularly. But I was disappointed when for the second straight time my order got screwed up. The first time I was like hey, mistakes happen so I just let it slide. After the second time I thought I should call to let them know. I spoke to Bernice (sp?) who was very kind. She went and checked my order and came back and said Yeah they new they forgot the fork and the dressing for your salad. Not Gee were sorry but Yeah we knew we forgot it we can replace your salad but thats all. First of all this isnt like they forgot the salsa or some condiment. Its the fork to eat it and the salad dressing! You ever eat salad without dressing? Ive eaten a burrito with salsa but salad without dressing ??? Not so much. Thats ... well, just Lettuce!! Even thought this one is closest to my office, I think Ill stick to the one Brookhurst.

The food smells and tastes plastic, while its burning hot they put it in the plastic container and I have to eat food with melted plastic. I think its toxic for my family and melted plastic ingested over time causes cancer. Im sure ita another franchise, as long as they make their money who cares about the consumers health.

Clean, staff is friendly and the churros are BOMB!!!! And the manager there, i think his name is Nagi. He is awesome!!! He is the perfect fit for that job. All around great guy and hard working! ☆☆ I definitely recommend this El Polo Loco over every other one in ALL OF Orange County!!!

I was there today and the service is awful, the cashier was not friendly the restaurant was disgusting my meal was cold the mash potatoe had bad taste I will never go back to that restaurant I do not recommend it

I have tried many pollo loco due to my work and this is one of the best, the chicken is cooked to perfection ,I would recommend this location and next time Im in the area definetly Ill be eating again there.

Try the chicken, its pretty good. This place has the least busy lunchtime of any El Pollo Loco Ive been to. Never had to wait to order here and the condiments are always stocked to full.
