I get here at ono at 8.28pm and is my turn to order so the cashier tells me all orders are to go and i ask why because we close at 9, OK YOU CLOSE AT 9. She said yes we close at 9 but we stop serving for here at 8.30 and i told her but its 8.28 no its 8.30 and if you order now your food will be ready by around 8.50 i said to her are you serious? she asked do you want to order? so i just ordered. Another customer gets here and i wait for the cusomer to order so i stand behind her and when she is done ordering, the same cashier turns around and prepares food for someone to go when shes done she tells her female coworker im going to go mop and im right in front of the cash register literally touching the counter and she just grabs the mop and walks away to clean.. WHAT A BAD SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE CASHIERS NAME IS Brenda. Brenda why couldnt you just ask DO YOU NEED ANYTHING? can i help you?

Definitely a must to visit this place for pol who live in Huntington Park and close to this area.The most tasty steak that you can imagine. Plenty food come, so from my perspective it is completely enough for 2 pol each portion. You will be loaded with a full stomach in less than 10 minutes. Everything was so fresh. The steak was so tender and I couldnt guess what type of marinated they have been used, it is not spicy at all.The mashed potato was so smooth and light.The server was fast and polite. And they dont have complimentary valet. Highly Recommended.

As of today Im never coming back to this Ono AGAIN! Ordered by phone at 8:36pm and they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at about 9, payed, and my food still wasnt ready. I was waiting there 20 minutes while people walked in and out with their orders and me just sitting there. I finally got sick and tired that I just asked for a refund. Ill just take the drive to the Ono off Alameda and the 91 next time.

Beware the manager named Ricardo is known for stealing credit cards and they will steal your identity so only use cash ...food is good but wait is long be very careful manager still works there

Came here too eat with fam... food is great however the cashiers need too check the lobby out more... full trash cans and dirty tables, food and napkins on floor for a bit too long...
