I came here 3 months ago with some friends and it was great(they had an B), my friends came back a month later and said it definitely wasnt like the previous time, I then went with them a month later and noticed the place had accumulated a C, my friends and I were suspicious but decided to go in anyways. The food they brought out was rotten and obviously didnt taste very good, they also have a self serve station where you can get some side dishes. This station had many perishable items which were not refrigerated, kept cold at all, and also had lots of flies accumulating around the area, sometimes even in the food! After this dreadful experience I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter then replied that the manager wasnt there, which is ridicules considering it was a Saturday night. While walking (the kitchen is on the way, covered by curtains, not very well though) I noticed that the kitchen was super unsanitary and wasnt kept clean at all. About an hour after leaving the establishment,I had obtained an upset stomach, and went to the bathroom immediately(and we all know what happened in there). I asked my friends if they had a similar experience and they all agreed. Please take the extra time and money to go somewhere else, its definitely worth it!

I will never go to this place again and I would not recommend it to anybody. Went with another family and we had 3 different people come tell us different prices for children and ages. Their response was that they were new and didnt know... I fail to see how that was our issue and why there was no supervisor to assist nor honor the first or second employees word. We had 2 kids that dont eat meat but they insisted we pay the $29 for these 7 year olds because the adults were getting that. Essentially we had to move to seperate tables so that we could have the other child order just chicken and beef on the $15.99 side and all the parents had to sit at another table. It was already getting late and everyone was starving since we had been at baseball all day and that was the only reason we stayed. Food was mediocre especially after having to go back and forth with these people. Never again.

Borderline decent kbbq place. The service is typical as with other kbbq places where the service isnt great - waiters are had to come by and service is slow. The waiter on this particular day was slow, but was very friendly. The quality of the meat was decent. I did like how there was a bar so you could get your own side dishes, because its one less thing to wait for. The one thing that sucked was they never refilled the salad at the sides bar even after asking them to refill it. The kimchi seemed old too, because it seemed overly fermented. Over all of was good and for the price it was a good deal. I didnt expect much for the price, but was able to get full and for the most part satisfied.

Honestly this whole place could do with more staff. We waited for at least 20 mins in a half-empty restaurant because it seemed like there was only one host who was also doubling as waitress and cashier, and one other person who was only bussing tables and trying to take orders. Good for them for working hard, really. An All You Can Eat business requires constant attention to the customers because of all the orders that come in. Thankfully Moon BBQ makes this up with free (and fairly delicious) sides and reasonably priced AYCE combos. Be careful though, because of the small staff the Sides can run out quickly on a crowded night. Their Beef brisket is amazing for how simple it is!

If I can give a zero rating I would. We were a party of 7 and requested for 2 burners. We were greeted by a very annoyed waiter and told us the policy is 8 in a table. After going back and forth we submitted to this ridiculous policy and sat at our table. As before, the service was so slow and very poor. Not really sure why when there were 3 servers and only 3 tables toserve including ours. Very poor service and will never be back again. What a shame because its so close to home.

Food was horrible and the beef brisket did not have the chewiness that I had expected. I was really let down because this place is Korean too. Dont go here. Not worth your money. Its better to just go to LA and eat there even if there is a longer travel time. LA has the Korean all-you-can-eat restaurants that live up to your expectations on these kind of restaurants .

Ok for all those who dont know how to to order at authentic Korean places please pay attention to the following. You must press the button on your table to signal the server for service. Feel free to press it as frequently as you like. Just understand that in Korean restaurants, they feel like they are intruding on your experience so they wait for you to buzz them.

Yesterday while eating the potato salad there was a metal object inside it seemed like it was a part of a grill... i spoke to the owner and all she had to say was sorry thats it and started to tell me that it was probably a customer trying to play a joke I was highly disappointed i will never go back there again be careful with small children!

Do Not go here! My 2nd or 3rd time their and i bit into a piece of the scouring metal scrubbing thing they use to clean the grills with! I informed the waiter and the owner and theg werent going to do anything about it! I got extremely sick overnight and through the next day! They are always short staffed and i will NEVER return there again!

The place was empty when I got there but slowly people came in. The quality of the meat was decent and quantity was plentiful. There was only one dude though. Which means the food and check came in a little slow. Atmosphere is definitely for a night experience. My recommendation is to go at 7-8 PM and bring a couple buds.

Meat quality is only okay, and their choice of selections is only okay. I would rate this 4 stars but the last 2 times Ive been the wait staff have been horribly slow and unaccommodating, forgetting to bring items out, or not taking the time to answer our questions about menu items thoroughly.

Worse wait time. They offered all u can eat sushi, but brings them out 1 plate at a time. Each plate takes 20 mins. My family had to walk out after 1 hr and got burgers instead.... Never coming back here..

Only good place for Korean BBQ in the area. Good prices, but the health rating fluctuates a little too much. Tip: Press the button on your table to get the waiters attention.

New ownership brought this place back to life. The quality has returned to what it once had been. Great food, wide variety of options, and a comfortable place to be.
