Bad Drivers Of Napa Valley
On January 31st, I had the misfortune of encountering one of their drivers from the bakery that goes to St. Helena to deliver bakery goods every morning to various food businesses. He was traveling quickly through the parking lot of Sunshine Market in St. Helena, and without barely even slowing down, he turned out of an aisle and cut me off to where I had to hit the brakes hard. I honked at him, he beeped back a couple times and yelled, "Heres something for you to blow!" Wow! In a company van, with all the business information on it! Not only was he driving without due caution, his attitude and behavior when honked at was extremely unprofessional. I e-mailed the company, got no response. I sent the company a Facebook message, got no response. I e-mailed the company again, just in case they missed the first one. No response. I expected some sort of an apology or at least an assurance that the driver would be talked to about the incident and warned to be more professional. Nothing back from the company. So now its clear to me that the company does not seem to care that they have a driver with a bad attitude. But heres where it gets good. The incident was recorded on a dashboard camera, and the footage was posted on YouTube in a video titled: "Mild Road Rage Costeaux French Bakery". All the manager had to do was issue a simple apology. I figure maybe their driver was just having a bad day, but to add insult to injury, the company completely shoves this matter under the rug by completely ignoring me.

Delightful and delicious! We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Costeaux French Barkery during our recent trip to Wine Country. I had the French Toast and my husband had eggs and hashbrown potatoes. Really, you cant got wrong wth anything on their menu. The restaurant is quite large and inviting on the inside, with a lovely bakery counter where you can purchase breads and treats to take with you. We sat out on their patio, and it was the perfect weather for a delicious breakfast! Prices are just right, meal sizes are just right, and everything was great. Definitely worth a visit if youre a local or an out-of-towner. Bon Apetit!

Although Ive never visited personally, the customer service at Costeaux is phenomenal. I live on the East Coast and wanted to orchestrate a surprise cake delivery for my boyfriend at a local hotel while he traveled there for work. Amy was absolutely wonderful and made sure everything went off without a hitch! The staff really went the extra mile to make sure we were able to celebrate even though we were separated by thousands of miles. Thank you so much!

A well known breakfast and lunch spot in town for good reason. Menu is either small or well edited, depending on your take. But that clearly isnt their focus. Its on baked goods. Dont get me wrong, everything was good enough that we came back twice and had a pastry to go for our departing drive the subsequent morning. As a bonus, the coffee was also good. Which is something that most places cant do if they have good food.

Best bread you will find in the county, to be sure, but the French onion soup was a bit strange and not what I was expecting. It seems to have a tomato base and was very thick, not the traditional beef broth base I expected and love. Service was OK. You MUST try the traditional sourdough; incredible chewy crust with a lofty, squishy, "hole-y" middle.

Get here early for the cheese danish. I swear they only seem to make five each day and they are like the unicorn of the bakery world. If you miss the cheese danish, be sure to try any of their stellar bread or other baked goods. Breakfast and lunch here are simple and tasty, perfect for a day of wine tasting the local spots.

Came here for breakfast and they have a great selection of omelettes and scrambles. The food was excellent and we took home a couple items from the bakery and both were very well executed. Both the wait staff and the bakery counter were very friendly and helpful. Definitely looking forward to going back in the future.

Wonderful atmosphere for either outdoor dining or inside. I loved all the nutcrackers. Really great food selection. Wonderful, friendly staff. I had lunch with my oldest daughter, my grandson & his charming wife & we were all pleased. This is one of my daughters favorite places to eat.

Cinnamon Bread was AMAZZZING! Everything was delicious. Egg whites cooked to perfection. Baked goods were so great I flew to Miami with a treat for everyone! Thank you for not charging your clients that ridiculous 10 cents per bag....that shows me you are human!

Another great spot located in downtown Healdsburg. Walking in, saw a bloody mary and had to try one - definitely recommend! One of the best quiche dishes we have eaten in a long time. And to top it off the ambiance and service was out of this world.

We tried two different omlettes. They were good, but not as phenomenal as other reviews made us believe. Drip and espresso based coffees werent great either. This place is just okay with a great location. Service was great, baked goods are good.

We stayed in Healdsburg for 2 nights and came here for breakfast both mornings- SO delicious. The croissants are yummy, and the strawberry jam and cappuccinos stand out as well. For meals we recommend the Egg Salad, and the Croissant Sandwich.

I absolutely love this place. One of the top bakeries, desert and breakfast/lunch places on my list world wide. Make sure to try French toast and all or some of the deserts on display. In addition the service at this place is impeccable.
