My wife and I had lunch there yesterday, 12/3 and everything was absolutely perfect. Nice menu selection and what we ordered was excellent. We both had the spiced apple cider with our meal and it was excellent, inquired and found it came from a local orchard. The service could not have been better. I dont know the name of the server but I when paid my bill I mentioned being from Eugene and she said she attended the U one year. As all people do in Eugene I said GO DUCKS and she smiled in approval. From where I was sitting I could see back into the kitchen as the door would swing open and closed, what I saw was very orderly and clean. This is important, a sign on the door said they serve ALL people, a true spirit on inclusion, When I saw this little sign on the door it is what brought me into the restaurant. Good people, you gotta give it a try.

Gather is a local favorite restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. (I keep hinting they should open for dinner, too.) The menu is very creative and they focus on having locally sourced ingredients. And they offer craft beer on tap, as well as a fine selection of local wines. Sustainability is a huge deal for Anna Kuzmin, the creative genius of the operation. The spacious, light filled, historic space is inspirational. The only problem for them is, that patrons get so comfortable, they dont want to leave! The staff are friendly and attentive, and you will be greeted with a ready smile. Dont be surprised if there is a short wait to be seated - this is a very popular place.

Just tried out the new place, had high expectations as the menu items sounded delicious. The service was lousy, and they didnt ask if we needed anything - like butter for the bland waffle (which was supposed to come with butter!) or condiments for the English muffin sandwich. The English muffin was house made, but it was super greasy and soft, not crispy like an english muffin is supposed to be. I had to get up twice to ask for necessary items - they brought the hot chocolate out without whipped cream (as requested by my son), and no napkins or silverware. I asked for a sandwich without the bacon, but it came with the bacon and had to send it back. Disappointing!

A great place for us on Sunday morning. We have high expectations for dining...service and food quality must be good for us to return. We go every time we get a chance. Have always been pleased with the service. The seasonal Sunday brunch menu offers standards plus new creations. Coffee is full of flavor and beautifully presented. Everything is reasonably priced. The space for kids is quite nice, and especially good that it is also situated separate from the rest of the seating for those who want a meal with just grown ups. This is a "must try" in Silverton and worth the trip if youre from out of town.

Getting married at the Oregon Garden and need a place for your rehearsal dinner? The Gathering Spot Cafe did an awesome job for our rehearsal dinner this February. The space worked great for our group, the food was solid, and the service was excellent. They did a great job accommodating food allergies and special diets. The area worked great for our guests with small children and those with limited mobility. We had a food/drink minimum (which was easily met) and no facility rental! We had looked at a few other places and stumbled on this one which was perfect for what we needed. Thank you!!

We had a great time when we had an anniversary breakfast but then lunch today was a disappointment to say the least. The waitress was not attentive at all, the food was well below par, a flank steak sandwich the meat was thinner then paper and a salad that appeared to be an after thought. Very very disappointing when you pay top dollar and expected to tip sub par service.

Our favorite breakfast in Silverton. Seaonal menu is fresh and I look forward to seeing whats new. Coffee is Silver Falls Brewing Co, which is always great. Atmosphere is great, its walls are an extension of our art gallery in town. Staff is friendly and remembers our coffee preferences :) Kid friendly, they have a play area and chalk wall, in the back corner ;)

- Portland invades Silverton - You will wait. Providing quality service is not at the heart of what they do, as their main appeal is to being politically correct and weird. Almost like going to a zoo to watch some exotic/weird looking animals. Sandwich was good, but not $12 good. Plus, a $2 split fee is charged to those watching how much they take in.

Excellent place with premium local ingredients. Breakfast was delicious. Soups were made in house and perfect with fresh bread. Coffee was from a local roaster and was very tasty. Small place with great service/charm. Portions were adequate for most appetites. Prices were reasonable to slightly upscale. Anytime were in Silverton we will visit here again.

Id rather eat an old band aid than this overpriced Wendys knock off of a chicken sandwich. They ignored us for 5 minutes while we waited to be seated with plenty of open seats. We almost left. Shouldve left. I felt terrible the rest of the day. If youre thinking of going here just go eat a barely cooked hot pocket or soggy pop tart instead.

The Betta Burrito is my favorite thing on the menu. All of the servers are fantastic, friendly, and can answer questions about anything on the menu. They also have a little play area for young children which is pretty cool. The way its decorated lets your eyes wander with pleasure as you wait for your food.

Very disappointed. 12 dollar Angus hamburgers which were obviously Sisco frozen patties. Sweet potato fries that were baked until they were floppy and tired. A 9 dollar bloody Mary with not a hint of Vodka. I remember the days when Silverton was known for great food. Those days are over.

This place has amazing food! We went out for breakfast here and it was lick your plate good! The atmosphere was relaxing. I liked that they had a play area for kids and toddlers. I wish more places did this for kids like mine that dont stay still for long. I will definitely come back!

I have been here twice and each time was a disappointment I always give a place a second chance but after my last time here I wont be coming back. Altho staff was "friendly" they were trying to hard which was obvious. And for a nine dollar salad I shouldnt have to cut my own greens

Surprisingly wonderful! The food was GOOD and I had an exceptional spiced chai. Our server- Lesli, was AWESOME and truly made the experience worthwhile. Also, the interior is really lovely and would be great for an event (e.g., baby shower, et cetera). We cannot wait to go back!

Went here for the first time for Sunday Brunch with a friend. So many delicious food choices, it was hard to decide. I had the blue cheese omelette with apples. Ive honestly never had apple in my eggs before but it was wonderful. I will definitely be back!

Dont bother going anywhere else in Silverton for Lunch or Breakfast. This is the only restaurant in town with locally sourced food. Amazing chicken and waffles by the way! The owner Anna has created such a delightful space and amazing food!
