Best bread in Oregon. No seriously, try this place out. I want to write best bread in the world but thought it would sound pretentious and you wouldnt take my review seriously. My favorites: 1-Garlic blue cheese 2-Potato bread 3-Whole wheat sourdough (this is not your store-bought bread which is white bread with brown dye, its the real deal)

This guy makes seriously good bread. Ive tried the rye, the whole wheat sourdough and the baguette, all spectacular. I taste tested the brioche which he made with coconut butter and butter and wow. Before I even knew about this bakery I had a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich at Taproot in Salem. Turns out it was made with Silver Falls Bread!

Best tasting breads freshly made with quality healthy ingredients. The rye breads make the best sandwiches and grilled cheese and the baguettes make yummy sandwiches and crostinis! Theres no comparison in town for value, flavor and freshness! Thanks Dan the bread Man!!
