Terrible, horrible service! Went in yesterday (Monday the 27th of June). There were 3 girls working and one girl was new. We get the new girl. She didnt know the menu at all, didnt know how to make the bagel sandwiches and seemed confused. You think one if the other girls would have offered to step in and help! But no! I saw at least 15 people come in, order, and get served in the 25 minutes I was there waiting for 3 bagel sandwiches. Including a group of 5 guys who walked in at the same time as us, get their bagel sandwiches, eat them outside, and leave. And we were still waiting just to even pay! Ridiculous. The girl with the blue/green hair had an attitude too. Didnt seem to care too much about her job. None of the staff seemed to care much about their jobs actually. Too bad. Good bagels but I will never return with the aweful service I experienced.

There are so many reviews about bad service at Grateful Bagel that dont make any sense to me. Ive never been treated rudely or been ignored when I came in. Granted the staff there often have so many piercings that Id never take a magnet with me; have more tattoos than a biker convention; and various color hair, but Ive always been treated decently, even when they are busy, which is often. And Im an old guy. Oh, by the way, they have the best bagels Ive found in Sonoma County! And their coffee is good Taylor Made. I sometimes get several dozen sliced and theyve always been ready for me at the time I asked when I called in my order.

My coworker and I visit this location every day. Everyone is super nice here and the bagels are always excellent, including the croissants. Ive tried their iced mocha and a bagel sandwich, they were also very good. Definitely recommend this place, its a small location, sometimes you have to park on the street and can get crowded. Its definitely worth the wait and effort.

Terrible service. I was there today and they had two people making sandwiches and they kept me waiting ten minutes just to ring up two pre-packaged items. When I said it would be better customer service if one of them just stopped for a second and took my money. The gal with the nose ring glared and said, "thats not how we do it here." Clueless....

Were from England, U.K. And were recommended this place by our air bnb host. Sooooo amazing!! So many bagels to choose from, super tasty fillings, real friendly staff even when they were really busy. Just a really cool vibe. Wish we had a place like this so close to home!

Have been coming here way too often for way too long. Great bagels, good price. The staff always remembers what we want before we do. Everyone behind the counter is laid back, friendly and helpful. Would eat here everyday if I could.
