The Best Indian Food Ive ever had. Being Indian myself, I was born and raised eating this cuisine, and this is hands down just like how I remember eating authentic Indian food growing up. The restaurant is cozy and homely. The staff is quick, attentive, and very friendly. We ordered the Samosas, Chicken Vindaloo, and Onion Naan. All were made to perfection, and the portion size was enough to feed two people and take home. We can tell the cooks really put their heart and love in preparing the food as it comes out in the balanced flavors. This is our go-to place when we are in Downtown Half Moon Bay.

Dont bother. The food was average. The management is a cyberbully. I wrote a 3 star review on Yelp and the management responded very defensively with: "Thank you for the three stars. how many restaurants do u know that will open their doors after closing that alone is 5 star in my book. You should also mention to the readers that you and your party drank all I mean all of the Lassi ate ALL of the chicken tikka. FYI I dont know of any restaurants that give a dipping sauce with the naan."

Good Chicken Tikka Masala, and dim intimate evening atmosphere. The service was very sweet and genuine. The outdoor tables looked great too, wouldve used them if it werent so chilly. Family owned business, our waitress was the mother. Speak to the daughter for catering and food truck services. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Any excuse to come down to Half Moon Bay!

Hidden gem in HMB-- excellent, family-run North Indian restaurant. Love the large movie screen playing Bollywood hits, the general atmosphere, and the food!!! Ill return for sure. Lots on the "specials" menu that goes beyond the traditional fare and its clear that the owners take great pride in serving really good food.

Amazing food. Amazing experience. I would recommend this to anyone look for a great Indian food.Chicken Tikka Masala "waitress recommendation, my favorite", Shrimp Vindloo spicy, and Chicken Sagwala these 2 were also very good.

Dont go here if you are looking for Biriyani. Who asks for Biriyani in North Indian restaurant! We did :-( Nowhere it tastes like a biriyani. Vegetarian tali was good. Prices were high for the taste and quantity.
