This was so so across the board. We were finishing up around closing time and apparently when they close at 9 customer service ends too even if there are customers still present. One family had to get up and search for an employee to ask for check. My husband had to help himself to the to go containers and then even though employees observed him doing this we still had to find someone to get our check as well. Not worth the price. Although to be fair when we had interactions with the wait staff they were pleasant in manner. We wont eat there again though.

A big power outage happened in our town so we drove down to Poulsbo and ended up here. We had a party of 7 and although seated right away, we were not acknowledged for 20 minutes when a woman brought waters...only 4 glasses...for 7 people. After that, about 20 more minutes went by and our orders were finally taken. Then another hour and a half went by and 2 of out 7 peoples food came. After that 10 more minutes went by and we left. TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Ordered Plato Mexicano and got Polo Mexicano. After the person who took my order started an argument with me, she said she would get the Plato Mexicano ready. After I paid for the difference, she did a low chuckle when I walked away. I will never go there again I threw most of it away because the chuckle concerned me. Concerned me about what? Just use your imagination.

They dont care if its really not your birthday, they will still put a sombrero on your head, smear whipped cream on your nose and sing to you in Spanish .... also you get a free photo of the whole traumatic event ...ugh....free chips and salsa make up for the emotional injuries tho

Nothing special here. This is your standard corporate small-chain Mexican food. The food is OK. The service is usually decent. The decor would make anyone with even a little taste cringe.

The service is horrible, the prices are outrages the people are just mean! They dont care about their guests!!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!
