Rude service by the males and most of what we got was heavy with vinegar. I was sent in by my party to order a carafe of sangria (like a vase full of the drink) when i did, i was asked how many glasses. I said 5 and the hot shot guy (owner/manager?) said in an are-you-kidding kind of way, "FIVE?" and shakes his head. Being as it is my first time ordering a "CARAFE", I say, "whats wrong, what should i do?" He responds in short, "Two carafes or less glasses", so i dubiously tell the cashier, "well then 2 carafes it is!" We get the glasses and we fill all the short-stem but deep wine glasses more than half way with one Carafe and ice (still have some left over) We were there for breakfast mind you, and were not trying to get a buzz by any means. I asked the young hot shot boy for a bucket/pitcher of ice for our 2 carafe of sangria. He didnt respond and walked away, i followed him then he asked me again, "a glass of ice or a bucket?" i responded and he just turned around as if i had never said anything. I asked the older lady for the same and she got one of the buckets and filled it up for me with the ice machine just behind the counter (why was that so hard for the kid?). I am vegan but my family is not. They thought the food was "okay" but the platters i chose all seemed like side dishes. Not sure if its supposed to be like this, but the tomato bisque was served cold and tasted like liquefied pico de gallo.

The owner needs to regain control of their restaurant. We had the same experience as Mike Mansour below. His review is spot on. What we can add is that we had the same experience as Mike and they were not busy at all when we visited so I conclude this is a chronic problem. Our food and wine were excellent. No complaint. We received our order promptly but there were other problems. While we were there another customer returned because his pepitos had no smoked salmon. After remaking his sandwich and sending him on his way the three servers had a discussion regarding whos fault it was. It is a small place and unprofessional to have such discussions in earshot of other customers. We ordered the Seville Platter and then checked the menu to learn we did not get any mixed olives and had to show them the menu to get this. Thats two mistakes in 15 min. Quality control and professional behavior are lacking. This is a casual place but perhaps treated way too casually by the staff. The owner has a good thing going, food, atmosphere and location are favorable. However, with this staff I fear they will not remain open much longer. I would like to return but not until I see evidence from these reviews the there was marked improvement and perhaps that is too much trouble.

Amature Hour on a Sunday Afternoon. I was disappointed with the service here when we visited with a 4-person party. The staff is entirely high-school kids on summer break, aside from the one manager. Food took way too long to come out for being low-prep items, and the kids were unprofessional in handling the slow service on a moderately busy day. It felt like they were new to running a restaurant, so learning theyve been open for 2-years was surprising. The salad we ordered was 90% leaf, with a few sausage + cheese slices on top -- Not a great value. And the Sangria was not out of this world (probably lacking brandy? Also did not have fruit pieces). The Empanadas were redeeming though, and I did appreciate the imported Spanish beer not typically served around the bay area. Maybe this place will have better service when serving 80% less customers-- Im not sure, and wont be finding out anytime soon.

The place is nice, the service was good and have a good selection of spanish products that you can buy and Spanish beers (1906, Alhambra) and wines. Unfortunately the food couldnt be more disappointing to us. We are a couple from Spain that after some months living here were looking for tasting something at least similar to what we are used to. We ordered a spanish tortilla and we got some sort of egg pie. That has nothing to do with a tortilla española. It didnt even have potatoes; Pimientos de piquillo...the pepper was good but not the filling and the empanadillas were not bad but they didnt taste like spanish empanadillas neither. Probably it would have been a better option ordering jamón, queso and anchoas, so they dont have to cook them. Finally, we missed some bread too.

This restaurant - to put it short- is an experience! From the first step in to the next step towards the cashier you are greeted by overenthusiastic blank faces. We ordered the pinchos muchos (the kebabs) which came with 3 incredible pieces of bread precisely 2 inches long. Each slice was seasoned with... We also ordered 4 different types of mini sandwiches which were unique in there own way but not unique enough for the waiters to differentiate. To conclude if your looking for a place to get your wallet lighter and your tummies louder Seville tapas has got you covered!

Our almond pastry and café con Leche were absolutely superb; The coffee was very strong and the pastry was moist and fresh and covered in sliced almonds, The staff was friendly, and the Spanish music and outdoor seating with view of the water combined for an enjoyable ambience. (The only reason I could not do 5 stars is that we only had coffee and dessert; unfortunately, we happened upon Seville after we had eaten at a nearby seafood place.) we hope to add the fifth star when we have an opportunity to sample what look like an amazing tapas menu.

This is a first class restaurant and one that will give you the good ambiance--and food--of Seville. David Yaque, the cook and owner is from Seville. He turns out splendid tapas dishes at reasonable prices. The dining room also opens on to a sunlit patio for dining al fresco. Cold beers on tap and a wide choice of local and Spanish wines will enhance the meals. Instead of stopping at the Halfmoon Brewery, just keep going around the corner to this little bit of old Seville. Great spot!

This was my second visit and I would come again if Im around. Most of the tapas we all shared were good but the "pimientos rellenos" (with crab) and the "gambas al ajillo" werent the best I had. The tortilla española lis the most simple version, but I prefer it with onions, peppers and chorizo. The cheese plate, meatballs, and "empanadillas" were all worth trying. The outdoor space is just perfect, weather permitting; just get a chilled sangria to go with it.

Great concept, nice outdoor sitting, but today Sunday from the management to the food, it was not good. do not order the empandillas (steak and cilantro). for small appetizers it took 25 min to get. They were overcooked and the ingredients were mysterious and inedible. the sangria was ok. Would not eat there again. Just returned from a great trip to Spain and looked forward but was very disappointed.

We had a light lunch of 2 pepitos platters (vegetarian and cheese lovers) for 2 men and 1 woman. Each platter comes with a handful of potato chips and 5 9" x 2" mini loaves stuffed with the fillings. The fillings were generous, even the smoked salmon, and we all loved the 5 pepper jam. We ate outside on their sunny patio. Cashier was very helpful in explaining the menu items. We were pleased
