I go to Taco bell 3-4 times a week. Normally its only after bad days at work, or the stress of the day just gets to a boiling point. Theres one particular worker there whos extremely considerate. After hearing about my god-awful day (somewhat to my embarrassment) she gave me a drink upgrade at no charge. Not just once, but a couple times. Never had an order flubbed, and always have excellent service. One time I rode my motorcycle to the store, unable to carry a soda cup with me, they filled a water bottle with the drink of my choice and charged me only for a medium soda. Love the place, and always speak highly of it.

Thanks Taco Bell - Melissa and the crew and the Corporation - thank you for giving people with disabilites a chance to have a real job and earn a paycheck, And everyone there is so kind and treat all the workers the same. One small step for you, one large step for mankind. A little can really mean a lot. I dont think many people understand what a difference a paying job makes to people - all people. Thanks again. Youre the best. Foods good, price is right, staff is awesome - down to the sox.

Personally, I like the old building across the street better. Another thing I wish that was different was that more people in port Orchard liked other food besides taco bell as the drive thru waits can be unreal. The line of cars will wrap completely around the building and you would think that this would deter more people from coming but it doesnt. I typically end up behind a minivan with 6 people in it who have no idea what they want when its their turn to order. Yay.

They are using beans as a filler in the beef. I ordered a beef burrito and was charged correctly per my receipt. However, beans were mixed into the beef, and it was obvious after tasting the food. I checked my order before driving away, but there was no way to tell they ripped me off until I bit into the burrito. Mixing beans with the beef is stealing from customers who believe they are getting the product they actually paid for.

Totally amazing. The last time I came in, service was slow and rude. Today they were exceptional. The customer ahead of me was ordering a lot, and the cashier took the time to explain several ways of making her order cheaper, and recommended things that would be good per her requests. When I ordered, I forgot to ask for one of my crunchwraps to be spicy, and they were happy to make it spicy anyway. Great customer service!

Im pregnant and have been having insane tacobell cravings! Im a vegetarian and the staff do a wonderful job accommodating me, always having a great attitude and smile! I have been eatting here pretty regularly when Im on that side of town, and I have yet to have a negative experience. Im so impressed with the staff here, they really do a wonderful job!! The new Taco Bell for Port Orchard is a much improvement over the old Taco Bell regarding facility appearance. Staff are super friendly and prompt with meal time. Only downside is parking, as the lunch and dinner rush tend to fill quickly. Overall, not a bad place for a light snack.

Im not sure what prompted their recent location change as the new location seems equally difficult to get in and out of. If youre coming south, getting into the lot is frustrating. Wait times are about average for a Taco Bell (with three main ingredients why is it so long anyway?)

This is the slowest "fast" food drive-through I have ever experienced. Incredibly, after 40 minutes of waiting in line, my order still wasnt ready when I reached the window.
