On the day of July 1, 2017 my family and I went to the Jack in the Box located in Silverdale Washington at 22:37pm. We went there after enjoying a wonderful night watching the fire works show in Bremerton. As I pulled into the drive thru I saw three employees smoking and lounging around the back of the restaurant. One of them was even lying on the grass right outside the kitchen door. As I came to the conclusion of placing my large order; My family and I over heard the window employee Curse the F-word in the phrase of " This is F-ing ridiculous. My kids heard this! I tried to let the window teller know of what he said. He said it was because of the milkshake machine which we didnt even order milkshake. But it was said right after my order was placed. That tells me he was on the register while inputting the order. Either way it was inappropriate. I was upset I didnt nor my wife didnt want to eat there. I came around to talk to the night Manager about the situation, all he said was , well I spoke to him. They were still outside smoking all together as if it was no big deal! I asked the manager what action is he gonna take as a manager towards a costumer? He told his guys to go inside and for me to leave the property. How is this costumer service? I tried to get his name but he sheltered himself inside the restaurant saying he was gonna call the police. I welcomed the gesture. I cant believe this how a Jack in the Box is managed at night. Eating behind the line,smoking in the back by the order board, lying in the grass listing to hip hop out loud for the costumers to hear. Not professional at all. I am a Navy Veteran, I served 11 years over seas where they treat people way better only to come home and the service like trash. The vehicles there were a Red Honda PL#BFF63E0 , Red Ford PL# BBV7999 aand a grey vehicle in the back PL# BER1925.

The last time I was in there they made a mistake on my drive-thru order and there was chocolate from the oreo shake in my strawberry shake and I am extremely sensitive to chocolate and so I got sick. I went through the drive-thru again a few days later and ordered another shake and explained what had happened the last time I came through and the manager was extremely accommodating and oversaw my entire order being made to make sure that there were no mistakes. Ironically, my milkshake was perfect but instead of giving me the two tacos I ordered, they gave me jalapeno poppers! I didnt realize until I got home so I called and spoke to the manger again! He was so apologetic and to make things right, when I went back the next day I was given a complimentary milkshake and 4 tacos instead of just the 2 I had ordered. Everyone makes mistakes at times and I feel like this manager really went above and beyond to own the mistake and to make it right, which I feel is a rare quality in customer service anymore!

I recently moved to Washington from California, a state known for people who have their heads up their a$$es. Ive now spent the better half of 2 months exploring the north west, and Ive learned that just about everyone in Washington has a horrible personality. That is until I dropped in to order a little breakfast one morning here. And so, to the fine gentleman who took my order, and gave me my food at this random JackInTheBox.. Thank you on behalf of all United State citizens, you solely are responsible for revamping at least my opinion of Washington residents.

Dropped by at 0022 after a very long hair appointment and we were quite upset with how rude they were. First they didnt have shakes, which ok, I can understand. McDonalds often doesnt serve flurries. But you dont have to be so rude about informing us, we didnt know. Then they magically added 2$ to my order, I dont remember food being taxed almost 20%. The whole time the lady talked to us she just seemed pissed we were there so we left. If you dont want customers late at night then dont be open that late. Thanks.

The food is generally pretty good with a nice level of variety as compared to other local fast food joints. That said, the service is pretty terrible. Its not unusual to wait for 15-20 minutes for your meal even without a long line of people ahead of you. Sadly, I have to agree with the previous reviewer who mentioned the often downright nasty condition of the floor or restrooms or counters. Seriously, new management or something might fix a few things here.

Went in the other night at 4am, it took a few minutes for the drive thru to acknowledge my presence. Then the lady at the other end of the ordering box said "Were short staffed and wont take orders tonight" Rather rudely as well. Although I obviously heard others talking in the backround.

When I was there they were quite busy and the food felt like it was rushed and thrown at me also service wasnt super (again they were busy) Id like to not count this as a bad thing or a strike against them since they dont control how many people they serve at once.

Nothing beats a good jack in the box when you havent had it in years. However, the flavor of nostalgia quickly vanishes about 30min after that ultimate bacon cheese burger enters the gut and starts working its way out.

The drive thru was slow, of course it was 4am and we were super hungry! Food was hot and fresh, even on the ride home. Staff was so great! Had never tried Jack in the Box before, but Ill be back for my next 4am run!

I enjoyed a sourdough steak melt and a strawberry shake. Both were good and service was prompt. I used the automated machine to place my order and there were no problems at all.

They often get special food orders (ex. No sauce, etc.) wrong. At least through the drive thru. In which case, you dont notice until youre home and cant do anything about it.

Good, quick and friendly service for Jack in the Box food. Good to go! I recommend the Siracha Burger and curly fries with Franks Red hot for dipping.

Standard Jack like all Jacks. Nothing different, nothing bad or spectacular. A Jack is a Jack.
