I have to revise my review, ASAP. as of 1/27/17. Im assuming that the owner and/or management has tackled issues, mine at least. I went thru the drive-thru, the sweetest little girl took my order and payment. I ordered same exact food, 3 crispy chicken legs and small cheese curds. (The 2 most challenging things on the menu as far as my initial complaints went). YAY!! The chicken was crispy, juicy and not greasy, dry or tasteless!! The cheese curds seemed not to have been drained well but, if thats the worst of it, Ill take it! Im so happy to have KFC back in my drive-thru list! Previous review: The worst...How is the worlds most notoriously greasy chicken, dry??!! Ive been 3x, at different times of day, no difference. I called CORPORATE...Noone ever contacted me back, which is actually more egregious behavior than the local shop, in my opinion.

It is obvious that whoever runs this restaurant truly cares about its customers. The staff is very friendly and if you have been there a few times, they will probably even remember your name. This is one of our favorite places to eat in the area for fast food. The food is yummy and the peeps are really sweet and if you read a bad review about the Grass Valley KFC, then it is probably from a disgruntled employee who got fired for smoking weed out back!! Definitely NOT from one of its regular patrons, that is for sure.

I have been here a few times and the food is good and consistent the dining area is not. In one of the Hottest summers in recent history they fail to keep the AC working. I walk in and its hotter than it is outside. A customer complained to the staff once and from who I guess is a manager yelled its been fixed before and they (the customer) should deal with it as its hot in the kitchen as well. I also had to deal with annoying flys buzzing around as they dont keep the dining area clean.

The hours listed on the front door say they open at 10:30 am. The hours listed on the order box in the drive through say they open at 10:30 am. At 10:45 am I sat there for 5 minutes before a landscaper that was taking care of the grass walked over and said they changed their hours and no longer open at 10:30. That is horrible service. People on a lunch break shouldnt have to sit there waiting because KFC is too stupid to change the sign with their hours. I wont go back.

Come in every Tuesday for a freeze and always get more ice cream to get it thicker and never had a problem until today when the manager tried to add 89 cents... When I told her what I always pay she stated if I dont like it I can not come back... Great customer service dont you think???

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to I have been to. I have eaten there 4 times in 2 weeks. They have never gotten my order right. I paid 12 dollars today and only got half of my food. I will never eat at KFC again. This KFC should have this franchise closed.

Do not eat this garbage I used to work there and all of the food is expired they just change the time tags I have literally seen the manager make the chicken cook fry green chicken. This place must be shut down!!!

KFC and McDonalds...both the most consistent places. McDonalds, while not my favorite, has never gotten my order wrong. KFC...always wrong! How is that possible? Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn eventually.

You have found foreign objects in their pot pies and they have messed up my order quite a few times good side is they give you a chocolate cake when they blow it if youre hungry for chicken its worth stopping

Worst KFC ever. More than once Ive received the wrong food and just recently my corn dog bites were not cooked thoroughly, the inside was ice cold.Horrible fast food!
