!!!!Attn: Corporate!!!! This place needs some help. Food is good, servers are nice.....but 45 min to an hour line for a burrito and there are only 15 people in line? And it is always like that here (been 10 times). Average time is 3-4 minutes for each burrito. With 15 people that runs 45 minutes to an hour. May not complain but in Frederick Maryland that Chipotle cranks through 30 people in 20 minutes. So I would expect 10-15 minute wait. Plus, these guys always have something not available. Usually Fajitas but tonight it was no rice. Corporate, get in there and straighten this out! Ive seen customers turning away and I avoid eating there often because of the line.

I used to LOVE this Chipotle. Until about 6 months or so ago. Food is still delicious but the portions have gotten markedly smaller. And it isnt a particular server or time of day. The consistently small portions reek of a policy change. It seems to coincide with the reiteroduction of carnitas on the menu. I suspect that once they were able to find eco-friendly non-GMO fed, locally massaged pork, they were going to blow their profit margin without raising prices.. so we get less of everything to compensate. No inside info. Not an employee. Just an ex-customer who feels cheated and noticed a curious coincidence.

I couldnt believe what I seen with my eyes , a rotten clementine just sitting there rotting right before my eyes it looked like that its just been sitting there for weeks . I never knew they had them until today . And that just grossed me tf out .. like Im sitting here in front of my food and I just completely lost my appetite ... this place is very dirty . I asked them for lemons .. and now that I look at it , theyve probably been sitting there too ... this is just horrible ...

This particular chipotle is overworked and overrun. The customer service here is lacking a great deal just because of the volume this particular location takes in. New management is in order and on top of that the cleaning of this establishment needs to be addressed immediately. Parking is questionable and the food overall is mediocre its not up to par to the other chipotle is that I visited in the past.

Sometime you will get a perfect Burrito, sometime you will get something which is wannabe Burrito. A lot depend on who will make it for you. But if we leave the few times I got a mess, they make great food and delicious burritos here, and for someone who love Spanish food, Chipotle Mexican Grill is a great place to get a big fresh Burrito.

By far one of the worst locations for Chipotle. They are always out of something, either the Guacamole, the rice or the mixed vegetables. Sometimes there is only one person preparing the order which slows down the line. Im not sure if they have an onsite manager because this place needs a lot of attention and staff training.

Deducted points are more for the location rather than the food quality or service but the parking, availability of seating, and the periodic sewer smell outside the restaurant make this otherwise palatable experience much less so. I do enjoy eating at Chipotle, I really do, but I am not a fan of this experience.

This is the worst Chipotle. Its always running out of "something " . The staff is young and very talkative amongst eachother.Who wants anyone talking over their food?!! Also, they are slow and never apologetic about the time youve waited in line for your food. New management and staff is needed

Parking is always a pain . This place is all right . Price is a little more but better quality. Standard chipotle menu. This location does a lot of business so they tend to run out of menu items frequently. Everything is dimly lit and the bathrooms are clean

Did you ever think that you will have a decent Burrito at a fast food place? I didn’t, and I am surprise by the quality of food provided by Chipotle. They need to be more coherent with the amounts, but beside that I wouldn’t change a thing.

Food is always consistent. There seems to be quite a bit of employee turnover. They are friendly and attentive though. I watch the people in line ahead of me to see how well they roll burritos before I decide if I want a burrito or bowl.

The times I order online my order isnt ready, I get there expecting it to be ready for pick up but its totally the opposite. I have to wait for them to make it mind you theres a 20min window from when you order till when u can pick up.

Use their App to preorder and skip the line. I think they will prepare it around 5 min ahead of the designated time. If you want it fresh, get there 5 min before your pick up time.
