This place has gone down hill. I cant believe my last dining experience. They were running low or out of a lot of stuff the pizza was burnt when there was any it was just dirty and not cleaned the ice cream dispenser had a huge container full of ice cream and cones because the machine was not working properly it was shooting out the ice cream in big blobs that would over flow the cone. They didnt have any topping because it was not refilled. My wife had to ask one of the bus boys to please clean it up it was disgusting. The pink lemonade was so watered down it taste like water. It wasnt even that busy we have been there when it was completely packed and it was still cleaner and well stocked than it was on Sinday 4/30/17. We were extremely disappointed with this place we used to really enjoy dining there, it really is a shame to be witness to such a thing. Unbelievable. I hope they were just having a bad day I took pictures .

Here is what I do not like: They are poor at marking ingredients in their food. In particular, they need to mark what is vegetarian and what is not vegetarian more carefully. For example, the Caesar salad sign gives no indication that it has fish sauce in the dressing. In Fremont, 20% of the population is estimated to be vegetarian. The signage should be more appropriate, especially when not obvious about what ingredients there may be that would not be taken by people following certain religious, spiritual, moral and/or ethical beliefs, or by those with allergies. Additionally, lines are often long & the atmosphere is chaotic. Not a peaceful place to eat.

I only really hate one thing about this place, the customers! The majority are extremely pushy despite the fact that its all you can eat and plenty for everyone. Also I think the average customer at this place is ignorant of sanitary issues. You can not go through line here without witnessing multiple pigs snacking on there salad as they create it in line, feeding bare hand to mouth then using the rest of the serving utensils with the same hand. GROSS! One more thing, I love kids, but this is not Chucky Cheese please stop letting your kids run around unattended at this restaurant.

Our go to quick eat. We love this location...Id recommend skipping rush hours because it does get really crowded with families and children who love to flood the dessert stations! Salad bar is stocked regularly with fresh items although when it is busy you may need to call their attention to refill some of the items; wait staff is attentive in taking away dishes; soups, pastas, breads, and desserts area can be a little messy sometimes but otherwise the food is really good.

Every time I crave rabbit food I head to sweet tomatoes. Yes its true, every now and then. The salads are generally good and fresh, however many of the patrons really make a huge mess in here. The entire carpeted area needs a serious deep cleaning and get rid of the mildew smell.

At the time of this review they are having Mexican themed dishes in their buffet selection. They even have nachos! On any normal night the Caesar salad is always a good choice and grabbing some Italian dressing to dip the focaccia bread in is a great combination.

Sweet Tomatoes is also known as Souplantation in Southern Cal. This is one of the best spots for Soup and Salad. As far as meat goes, there really isnt any, so dont expect to get any kind of meat.
